If you have a previous downloaded ZOOM Application on your smartphone and it's not the cloud zoom Uninstall it before you download the recommended Application. This is frustrating because it's not in the directions! And I missed the Appointment 🙃
Very convenient, I manage every aspect of my health through this app, prescription, appointments, reminders and the follow up.
I like this app, I gave it a 4 because I wish we could screenshot. I understand why we can't, but it would be really helpful if we could.
Really impressed I've been on scads if student/staff and patient portals, this one is far superior to many others. I love that you can msge back and forth AND include photos (although I think you should make it show more than 3). I did have a document in my Samsung Keep notes that I wanted to share, but was unable to. I tried screenshotting, cropping, collage-ing, to no avail.
Very easy-to-use and accurate. Helps me communicate with medical staff.

After checking(arrival feature) in as "I'm here", system shows message to wait in waiting area but the provider have no information/documents received of you for next 30 to 45 mins..!! So you will be waiting for quiet a time before they realize. Rest App features are great and easy to use. You really don't need laptop or even phone calls once you start using this app...
Easy to use and faster than calling in.
It's nice to have access to records and results. On multiple devices, using different internet providers, at least 5 times in the past month I've been unable to access the video visit functions. Also, the messaging aspect of the site is inefficient, as messages are intercepted by ancillary staff and many times not conveyed to the providers.
The app is fairly simple to navigate. You have your appointment schedule as soon as you open the app, message notifiier if you have any and test results in a snap. You can send portal emails to your physicians and the best part is the virtual visits so you don't have to drive over 70 miles for an office visit to see your doctor if you can do it virtually instead. The only option that would make this an even better app is a search box for past or upcoming visits.
I use this a lot as I have a team of doctors. The communication and response is incredible. Also, to be able to see summaries of all my different appointments is extremely helpful when I can't remember all the details. Also, the list of upcoming appointments is awesome so that I don't miss or double book something. Lastly, the fact that my trinity health history can also be integrated into the u of m history. Job well done U of M your efforts are greatly appreciated.
The only reason it's not a 5 is that some departments don't respond in a timely fashion, or at all. Cardiology and anti-coag are AWESOME, Endocrinology, not bad, Liver not good at all. But I love having access to my information. When I look at my info, the number of messages won't go away right away. It continues to accumulate and not go away for a whole day. It makes me open the portal several times more than I need to. I contacted your technology people but they couldn't fix it.
Mostly good. But 1 flaw. When customer billing plan established for payments. Very hard to make actual payments online with app. Very difficult to navigate to actual designated payment amount & complete transaction. Needs attention & refining.
Fast and easy to use! You will see any changes, in real time. When making an appt over the phone, it will pop up in the app before you hang up the phone. The same goes for the lab results!
This is an app where a patient's experience is only good if their health care providers value having a dialogue with their patients. I have excellent doctors who are not intimidated or annoyed by my questions and this app encourages this dialogue. It allows me to be an active participant in my health care.
This app has smooth & intuitive operation .. for me tho, the best part is that the doctors & staff at UofM actually use the app themselves & that makes it really beneficial .. you're not just entering data into a black hole with no response .. great job!!
As a rule I absolutely love MyChart, and would give it 5 stars. However the last few days I have been unable to e register for appointments or to access after visit reports. Looking forward to seeing improvements soon. Thank you for keeping things working correctly. I really do live MyChart.❤❤❤
Pros: Easy to navigate, real time platform and better than user friendly Cons: the alerts can be annoying and not able to make a new patient appointment.
Very easy to use. Easy to contact my doctors and relay messages. Very easy to get all my text results and to link my appoinents which already to my phones calender
I love this app. I can send messages to my Doctors , request prescription refills, see all my test results. Great way to keep up with your health, procedure's and test results without waiting for a call or avisit to find out.
Absolutely the best app and alternative for getting in touch with my Doctors. I get my responses on time. I receive an explained answers in detail. No questions ever go unanswered. This is the next best thing to being there. HAIL TO THE VICTORS. Jay A. Finch
Very easy to use!
This app is terribly designed for older folks. There is a lot of confusion and you have to hit the back button a lot to navigate some aspects of this app. Okay so I don't qualify. So cancel it. Don't leave it up telling me that I can finish it later as the only option. Needs to be reconfigured to be more user-friendly for seniors.
