The app stopped working. It was fine on Monday. Today I got an email to check test results. When I click the app I just get a screen that says my UPMC. It never asks for login info. Just stuck all day Tuesday

Using this app has honestly improved my life. Saying that almost sounds ridiculous, since it's just an app but because it makes medical care so easy and seem less it truly has made an impact. It lets me schedule appointments with any doctor in my network very quickly, handles payments, and I get to see my test/lab results the moment they're entered into the UPMC system so I no longer have to wait for a doctor's appointment to get them. I'm truly impressed.

I love the app! I can do my medication refill, speak to my PCP, look for another doctor of I needed or wanted too, live video chat with your current provider, and much more. The app is phenomenal and works great! No issues!!!!

I use this app regularly to chk test results, add appts to my google-calendar, send/receive Dr's msgs and pay appt copayments. Also, convenient to hv easy access to my covid records. Over time, this app has become an essential part of my healthcare management. Thank you.

very buggy. only reason I use this app is that it's even less convenient to try to reach a provider in the UPMC network by other means.

App was working fine until last update. Now am unable to access my lab results. Can log in ok but there are no new results posted. Labs drawn over 3 days ago.

Always have a great experience when using this app. Only one problem not every Dr. or Medical provider uses or inputs their information leaving voids in my history. It would be great if all medical historical data was input and provided a clear history of my health.

This was a pretty good app till they decided to "fix" it. The app was fine, there was nothing wrong with it. But now I can't use it because it won't work without the update. Which is apparently bloated because it's saying I need to uninstall other apps that I need. So thanks for nothing. Update: And now the app won't sent messages to my doctors. It's OK, my health isn't really something a Healthcare app needs to be concerned with, it's not like people could die or anything!

Restriction to using a mobile device is a significant dissatisfier. Upmc should make it an easy alternative to use a laptop computer. As an older adult a mobile device is a barrier to access. Make it easier to use my laptop computer and my rating of upmc telemedicine will improve

A pleasure to use this app. Runs well, designed well, andxquick access to all of my healthcare records.

Will not allow screen shots so I can not get copies of medical records to take with me to out of town clinics for specialized medical care. I must travel to Altoona UPMC hospital for records where covid lockdown does not permit entry to medical records. Not worth the hassel. I thought medical records were property of patient. Also I suppose there will be a charge. Also UPMC ALTOONA DESTROYS medical records that are 5 years old.

I love being able to see all my test results ininone place. I do have a problem and a question. why would you put a new test result using tiff. None of my devices can read tiff. so, now what ????

Sure you can find a doc. But you can't filter a location. 700 sleep apnea specialists is great. But having ones in Carlisle or Erie come up doesn't help. How about a location filter?

Everything says they allow online scheduling, but then it displays a message saying you have to call. Every time.

can't scan fingerprint. need better instructions filled everything out but it doesn't advance.

Last new update was horrible all kinds of log in issues alot of cant pull up records of visits or medications or allergies it was alot better vmbefore this last update for sure

Great way to keep medical tests and medicine data. It is so easy to use.

I'd like to keep 2 upmc apps on my phone for 2 users without having to sign in with the long password when going from one user to another. Possible?

It's really great to have my medical records, upcoming appointments in the palm of my hands.

Most times have to restart phone to be able to log in with pass code. Screen freezes often

VERY nice to be able to message drs & others on the app. also able to see appointment notes & other important stuff

Everytime i want to check test results, i cant log in..its so frustrating..you need a better IT team..

Helpful way to get information. Wish there was a way to get user helps to make use easier.

Easy to work with and good for med renewals getting doctors appointments and great for getting your test results and feed back

Is still on pending mode for multiple attempts for days. Update your portal not my log in. It's been working for me for years, now can't use it. Frustrating, annoying and got nothing to with health care.

great for speaking with your doctor, reviewing test results, and requesting refills. easy to use interface.

It would be helpful to be able to scroll the login screen up so that the input boxes appear above the keyboard rather than hidden behind it. Also an eyeball icon in the input boxes so I can see what I am typing. Yes with small tweaks it could be much easier to use. I live alone so know one will look over my shoulder when inputting my password and I have a poor memory so immediate positive visual feedback would be excellent. Thank you.

Ok once u gain all necessary clearance to view your own families info. Slow and nit user friendly.

Sometimes I have to force close the app and restart it. Other than that it's ok.
