Love the app. Would like the option to print various pages without downloading. The information available is really great, since there are always some answers to questions a f t e r appointments, & especially emergencies, that would be nice to have a hard copy for reference. Thank you for a super avenue for information.

Excellent staff care by caring staff that enjoy what they do. After being so sick for 4 months I left there feeling on the road to recovery! They were very thorough in diagnosising treatments care and getting the correct specialist involved. I was happy to allow the student nursing staff to observe and assist. Anytime I pushed my call button someone would come in less than 60 seconds to take care of my needs. The meals were good as well.

Very good app. You get your test back and notified before the Dr calls you back. And it's fairly easy to to read. Fill PX. No more talking to the Dr when you have it right at your fingertips.

Great resource for keeping up with medical records. Some features are a little difficult to maneuver, though.

I absolutely love the app. It makes finding results, seeing when medications have been sent to the pharmacy, upcoming appointments, past appointments with appointment notes. I can use it to send questions, non-emergency and about medications. It makes things so much easier when you have a hectic life and really only have time to stop and look at things in the evening.

I truly like all my DR'S. I love the ability to go on MyChart and see what is going on with my health even though I can't understand stand some of the wording. I can go see all my appts and test results I can also leave a message for anyone of my DR'S THANK ALL OF YOU FOR BEING SO GREAT

A very useful tool to keep track of your health. Makes it easy to stay in touch with Dr's and staff. A great app.

Since the new improvements the app has become even easier to navigate & understand the layout and how to self navigate throughout the app.

It keeps me in touch with my Doctors and nurses much easier than before. Don't really need a calendar anymore, it's all on there for me. I love this app.

I love this app and MyChart, which is the same thing. If your Medical provider doesn't use these, or something similar, they're way behind the times, they hate themselves, and they hate you too lol. Seriously though, why wouldn't you use this in modern times? Its just too good.

Love how easy it is to use the app as well as look at any test results without having to call the doctor or vise versa.

I find this app an extremely easy way to communicate with my doctors, see test results and remind myself what my next appointments are and when.

Up until the past two to three weeks "MyURMedicine" app has been wonderful to use and has been such a godsend when I'm not at home with my computer. I've even used it in doctors' offices who are not associated with UR Medicine to show them results of my husband's tests that they don't have the results for. However, all of a sudden when I try to sign on to see test results, appts, etc. a box comes up that says, "Unfortunately, "My URMedicine has stopped," and below it in blue you can either hit "Report" or "Ok", which I have done. If I hit "ok" it just ends and if I hit "report" it takes me somewhere that I don't know how to navigate. I've tried several times to simply uninstall it and reinstall it, but every single time after the installation and everything is set up, when I log out and try to log back in, the same thing happens. This app is something that I really need with what my husband is going through with all of his appointments, infusions, test results, messages to and from our doctors and nurses, etc. Please, please someone tell me who to contact regarding this or tell me how I can resolve it. I'm stumped as to what to do next. Thank you.

Easy to use. I get full access to my medical records and fast responses to all my questions.

App crashes over and over and over. It's an app I need to stay active on "My chart" because my doctor's use it to post results and reminders of appointments, and I'm listed as "active" yet I can't access it because it NEVER OPENS. Great system.

I love using this app but for some reason the last two weeks or so I have not been able to get into it. It keeps crashing and saying report issue or keep going. And then it completely shuts down and I can't get into it. You would think by now that they would have fixed the problem. It seems like many others are having the same issue. Please fix it's very important that I use this not only for my appointments but for my child as well. It was a great way to communicate with her doctor as well with mine. But if I can't use this app then what's the point of keeping it. Please fix as soon as possible.

Great start, but not as much info as the web site. Nowhere to see upcoming labs or similar reminders on the app. Unfortunately, the web site does not adjust well to a mobile device display. Otherwise, I'd just use the web site on my phone.

I love my chart because I can send messages to all of my health providers like my doctors, nurses, or the office staff. I can double check and confirm my upcoming doctors appointments, track previous appointments and see my health summaries written by my doctor's from every visit. My favorite thing about my chart is how quickly I recieve test results, and having access to everything the doctor does about myself. Billing and payments is also included, but i have never had to use this feature.

A very excellent system easy to use and informational.

It works perfectly. It's great. You can do absolutely anything regarding your care.

It would be nice too be able to send the same message to multiple people if needed at the same time.

Mobile app needs more user testing. Not all notes appear. Correcting information that a provider put in should be easier. We shouldn't have to sign privacy notice on ever apt in the same year.

It's easy to use, and I get test results right away instead of waiting to get them in the mail. And I can communicate with my doctors easier without calling. I hate the phones.

Test results aren't showing up. Appointments aren't showing up. Never used to have problems with the ap. But it certainly isn't working now!

I can not stand using it at all !!! Do not like it !!! Do not need to see messages from the past at all. The last 2 months of the current year should only show !

The notes don't tell me my progress for PT or Specialists so I have to bother my Primary Doc. I don't like that one bit. And eCheck is a pain. Other than that Mychart is great for appts. And labs and reminders.

Cannot print or screenprint info from MY chart. If signature on eCheckin available for primary care physician, why doesn't it transfer to other physicians or offices able to enter info into MY MyChart.

My Chart is a fast and efficient way to get medical prescriptions filled and to send messages to my providers.
