This is my full experience I put all my info and I check when it will arrive 10 minutes later the shipping date changes 1hour and 20 minutes later it gets cancelled I did not even get a email about it until the day after and I emailed about why my order got cancelled they told me that it was out of stock magically cuz u checked before it and after it
The app is not working totally now so don't bother trying. I've made an order and they missed up the order details and they issued a refund after a month without the shipping fees.
I order for the 1st time and m very disappointed before my order arrival, because half of my order is canceled may be its out of stock but i pay for delivery of all stuff , if something is out of stock please dnt keep it on app because may be next time we dnt use this app for payiny shipping fee for half of my order, really really disappointed
The wrost app ever i see in world. After 5 minutes stop eorking, freezes and than remain hanged until being uninstall. Seems like created by 2 years child by mistake
App doesn't work. It just freezes when opened.

Great application, I wish it had more stores. Shipping rate is amazing. Where was I lost paying hundreds for intl. Shipping 🥲!!! My favorite feature is adding an item from a store that's not even on the app!
The app was working fine but now it won't even open it's just stuck on logo

Please this app is very frustrating I tried to login my account but the app keep telling me "invalid credential" please u guys should try to fix this error, my password and email is correct so fix the error please.
My first two orders were seamless and arrived in good time. I was refunded for any items that were not available. My third order , I was refunded for unavailable items but I have been waiting for almost two weeks for one final item to arrive. I had to email customer service twice, and Rosie got back to me and updated me on the status and again when my order shipped. Upping my initial 2 stars to 4. Although customer service was initially slow to respond, Rosie made up for the delay.
Shopping using this app takes days and by the time it processes you will miss out o. Any sales. I have twice had it tell me I need to pay conciderably more because it didn't process in time. The only advantage is it is slightly more convenient in adding things to your MyUS shipping basket, but really is not worth the inconvenience and additional costs from missing sale items
I love this app!!! It is the greatest shopping app ever if you need to ship out of the country. Shopping at multiple stores I love, all at once and shipped all together. It is so easy and convenient. Customer service is a live chat and everyone is extremely kind and helpful, it also offers the best shipping rates I've found! I highly recommend it, give it a try!!
The shopping is pretty easy however the app crashes sometimes when adding things to the shopping cart. The shipping fees were expected and I was refunded for an item that was out of stock. I recieved an email with a delivery estimation which should arrive to me in 3 days. I'm not sure what the people talking about membership fees are saying, I havent experienced that. I will update after my order arrives but so far so good, no problems apart from the crashing. (Update: order arrived nicely howev
Awesome is all I have to say. I was hesitant at first but, I've used it a few times now and have nothing bad to say. Packages have been shipped in a timely manner. They have issued refunds when items have been cheaper then when I've ordered or a special promo code has come up at time of them ordering. If you are in Canada (as I can't speak for other countries) this is definitely a good go to if they dont ship to Canada or accept Canadian credit cards.
Unreliable, if you submit an order you can't change or cancel, and some of the items you check out might not be available and you won't find out ( after submitting an order) and it is too late. It is better to order from the main source instead of the middle man (myus shopping). I used this app once and never going to use it again.

Poor once you order you don't have option to cancel or refund. As my experienced one of the merchact cancelled my order until now i didn't got may ferund. Simply you recieved a email within 7 - 10 working day the will process the refund. Unfortunately which is not. Almost 1 month past. I don't know if the will refund my money back together with the shipping fees really. I don't want to intend to ruin this app but its true! Better buy directly which is listed merchant on thier apps.
this review is not about the app but about myus itself. I ordered few item from amazon through them and its almost a month and not all the items arrived. the thing is purchasing these thing directly it takes about a week to be delivered anywhere in the states. I sent an enquiry about a week ago they even bothered to answer at all. worse axperience ever.

The updates has a lot of bugs. Item description won't load. I wish I didn't update it. Two times have I updated it and it's still the same- full of bugs and errors.
Excellent overall, just had one hiccup and that was i had to pay the duty twice on a coat which was sent again for free because of defective one. I had sent them the email with the relevant details but I guess it was not the right time because of the corona thing
Please DO NOT order... 80% of my order got cancelled. For the remaining I was charged high shipping charges...More importantly 20 days and I am still waiting for delivery. NO option to cancel the order and have sent 5 emails to no response.. Seems like my money has disappeared. Not reliable. Use at your own risk
Edit: as of Feb 2022, app just freezes on front page "Many stores. Global checkout. One delivery" ... Installed/Uninstalled/Updated,,, nothing helped. FIX UR APP ! It's a shame we gotta look for alternatives. I'd actually started liking it. 1 star until then!!!
