Horrible experience using the app, absolutely no thought given in terms of design and usability. Probably just ported the app from iOS. I'm unable to find anything useful, every tile directly takes you to the webpage portion. The app hangs on the logo welcome screen whenever I switch over to cellular network. Whoever designed this app needs to take a course on Android app development course. Given this app is supposed to represent USF institution, it's a shame we don't have anyone talented.
Terribly optimized app. Shuts downs and freezes anytime. Not to mention takes forever to provide an output. But it's all I have to view the bus status.
This app is barely functional. Constantly having to sign in just to be forwarded to the website for the various functions it "provides" is obnoxious, & that's assuming that the sign in is working on any given day. This is little more than a beta version.
Very limited features compared to the desktop site. Most of the time I am still able to get the basic info I'm looking for though. I just want them to add Oasis tbh (Galaxy S8)
Logs me out every single time I open the app. It is helpful but most things just load webpages instead of being part of the app.
Too complex to navigate. Never able to find football game on radio. Removed from phone.

Too slow to be functional
It's okay, except for the fact that the Bulltracker is worthless. Looked at arrival time, F bus in 10 minutes. Refresh it 1 minute later, F bus arriving. The times displayed are worthless, especially when a bus could show up as arriving, but actually be heading to the garage or the drive could be going on break. The laundry section barely works too, as I get a text claiming the cycle has started, but no text saying it has stopped.
Bulltracker extremely buggy. Cant you get the best IT students to fix it?
This app overall is pretty embarrassing for the university, errors need to be fixed ASAP.
Apps repeadtly crashing because of which I can't see the bus scheduele.
Recently the app continuously shows internal server error when I use it. No updates showing are needed. Anything I can do to fix this? Or you?

Doesn't resemble real canvas with all the links to assignments, grades....and so on. Didn't help any that I have to log in every time and then touch through the links to get to my classes.....I'll stick to bookmarking canvas on the internet.
It's ok
My only real problem with it is the maps: they don't show specific buildings well. My most recent problem with this was looking for a dining hall by touching view on map. It shows the address for the campus, without any dot or marker. (fresh food hall specifically). There's no "suggestion" button or place we can compliment or complain. Aside from that very helpful pocket guide to everything USF
Can't download...maybe it's just my phone.
The app doesn't even start on my Google pixel 4a with the latest Android updates. It stays on the loading page and then after 5 minutes it crashes. I tried re-installing it but no use. Please fix this asap. Update: The app now works really smooth. Appreciate the developers taking notice of the bugs and fixing them.
