The My Virtual Fleet App (MvF App) helps Carriers, Company Drivers and Independent Contractors get more loads. Drivers advertise their availability (Green or Red) and their location to your Dispatcher, as well as to Brokers and other Carriers.
If you are a company driver, the contact information will be that of your Dispatcher. If you are an IC the contact information will be your cell phone. You can get more work by matching vehicle, location and availability with loads posted on our Website myvirtualfleet.com

The Driver with live real time GPS Tracking in Google Earth or the Driver without ? Use MvF App and give your Dispatcher or Customer live real time updates in Google Earth. Dead Headings (empty return trips) / Spare Capacity
Drivers enter your Dead Headings directly from the (MvF App). You will be advertising your route to over 5,000 Brokers and Carriers . If they need you, they will either call your Dispatcher or you directly . Instead of having to call into a Dispatcher and hope they post your availability or Dead Headings, you can do it yourself, live in real time.
Receive Loads based on your location and vehicle attributes.
When a member advertises a load on the system and you are in the right area with the right sized vehicle, you or your dispatcher will automatically receive an email alert.
Dispatch System
Receive a booking directly to the (MvF App) with full details including; From, To, Contact names, addresses, and any special instructions. From the App drivers can “ Accept “ the load.
Status Updates
Update the booking on the MvF App. Update the App- Onsite (Pickup), Loaded ,Onsite (for Delivery), Delivered. As the driver updates the Booking email notifications will be sent to any 3 emails, live in Google Earth.
Upload the POD, BOL, Insurance documents through the app in an easy simple one click process.
E mail Alerts
You can automatically send the status update and en-route updates to any 3 emails, live in Google Earth. Your customers can see live real time where you are, but also the weather and the traffic.

If you're solo van driver this app is going to be a waste of time and money. I used it for about three weeks and did not get a single load ( and I was selling myself cheap at 85 cents per mile). Had to get my own MC number which costed me time and money. The owner will constantly repeat like a parrot that you will not be able to get a loads unless you have an MC number yet I couldn't get any loads with the number either. They will also insist that you go to their virtual presentation where they show you how there are tons of loads in your area. Good luck. You will bid and bid and nothing will come out of it. It tells you that you can have up to 5 vehicles under the same payment, but if you have only 1 vehicle, it doesn't matter it is the same price. There is no discount for having one van only. I'm sure bigger companies that have trucks and vans can benefit from this app but if you're solo its a waste of money. You will also need to get 1 million insurance so good luck with that as well.
great app indeed for sprinter van loads if and only if there in your area. Notifications are sent to my spam which I don't know why...followed instructions to get the emails to go to my inbox and still doesn't work for windows
Disappointing experience for the last 8 months but helps me reach out to new brokers. The owner keeps changing things up and undermines those that use his forum. I was doing just fine bidding through the site now I'm told to use emails. For the cost that I have been charged, not worth it for newbies unless you want him to "guide" you and you still fail. Changes template information only to be copy and pasted in email not on the site. Use it how you want and don't let anyone make you change.
yall need for fix this app, we keep getting notifications all day to do a manual update all day long, I have gotten 100 notifications in a 24 hr period, you need to fix this ASAP

I've tried for several months and I have had a real hard time trying to get a hold of anybody or get anybody to even answer a message back not a good company

My overall experience is disappointing. I've been using this system for about 8 months. I had a situation where the platform kept sending emails to a customer over and over all night and would not stop. I called, emailed and did everything I could to get the problem resolved. I got zero response from Virtual Fleet. I lost a potential huge customer all because of a system that didn't function properly. Most freight I bid on never got a reply back. I actually never got one single run from the load board. Also not much freight comes across the platform in my area. The only plus is the price comparison to others.
