The myVisitNow app has made my life so much easier!!! I have saved countless hours by avoiding the urgent care lines, travel, and waiting rooms during this unfortunate pandemic. I would recommend this app to everyone for it's ease of use, pleasant and knowledgeable doctors, as well as their customer support staff. I would give them more stars if I could! Thank you again!
Awful - dont waste your time w this nonsense online or app. either the website logs out, the dr. keeps declining visits, or something causes it to kick me out of line. Its been 6 hrs and I haven't seen a doctor. I get to the front of the line and it kicks me off, I go back on to the same doctor but behind a line of 30+ patients. I get this is a high volume time but according to comments this isnt even a new problem.
This is terrific that the insurance company has this available: to have an at-home appt with my doc via face to face calls. I am grateful for the service because being disabled makes it quite difficult to make it to all appt if I had to leave my home. Happy to say MVP is up-to-date with technology and these services.
The doctor was delightful. It was very quick & really amazing that we don't have to take my sick children out of the house just to go sit at a germy doctors office for the same service! This is the best service I've ever used thank you very much! From a very tired mother who was up all night with 2 toddlers.
Super helpful. Doctor was great. I work in the medical field so I absolutely prefer this than a trip to the emergency room where I can pass bacteria to others. This is honestly a great way to take care of patients right in your home. Just be mindful when to use it.
This app charges me a fee BEFORE ins only on my cell. When i access myVisitnow through my computer or laptop, it NEVER charges me a fee before insurance. This is suppose to be a free service available to me as an MVP member. Something is wrong with this app.
fast and quick for a typical med issue - doctor did everything expected for an in office visit for potential sinus infection - will use again because it is the same as visiting an urgent care without the hassle of traveling and with the comfort of waiting at home
Can't get it to actually initiate a visit. It keeps dropping out. Worked last year but not anymore.
so convenient!!!!! the doctors on this app are great, so intelligent, comforting and get the job done so quickly.
Psychologist made me feel very comfortable. She is compassionate with a good sense of humor. She showed true concern for my situation and was direct but gentle with her suggestions to work on correcting an area of concern. She offered many additional resources to aid in my recovery. This program offers me the ability to get services without leaving my home which is such a blessing because of my limited mobility, and having to rely on special transportation & our discussions are extremely private.

Great app dont have to wait long and very affordable.Highly suggest having this if you dont want to drive to an urgent care facility.
I love Mvps my visit now program. my therapist is spot on and I trust her so much which is hard in general for a trauma survivor to do.she cares about my well being and is direct but not threatening. the cost is more than reasonable given my limited funds. it's so convenient having not to worry about getting to her office on time or missing a bus. thx for this great home based option!!!

Without this app, I wouldn't be receiving the necessary help i need for my mental health. I have a full time job and 5 children. Doesnt leave alot of free time for self care. I have really enjoyed my sessions with the therapists and psychiatrists on this app. Nothing but good things for me since I've started.
