I really regret my decision of switching to Vi. The app is glitchy, takes a lot of time to load. Recently, I've been unable to claim the Amazon Prime Membership through the benefit section of the app. When I click on claim, it's continuously giving me an error msg oops something went wrong. Tried all the usual workarounds but still getting the same error. Raised a complaint for this n they closed it without resolving the issue. I wish they had an option to give zero star. PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!
Experience with vi network as well as vi app is very poor. I have complainted about an issue many times and still not resolved. I am going to port my number and switch to a better network. Vi app also not working properly. Always it takes a lot of time to load the pages. Worst application from a worst network 👎. What else should we expect from them.
I agree. The quality of VI network connectivity, speed and the VI app is deteriorating by the day. The app is ahowing incorrect data balance. The available plans take ages to load when one qants ro recharge and worst still the ones you are likely ro choose do not get listed. You write a review and they give a rubbish GYAN on updatjnv the app version of buying subscriptions blah blah blah ... pathetic!!!
Apps features are not working properly. In this app data balance never shows properly. It takes a lot of time to load the main page . They give you notification only when you reach 90% of data balance. It gives me a lot of trouble. They give you updates every week, but never fixe the actual problem.
The internet connection is worst. Using the internet indoor is frustrating. I am having a net of 820 mb left but still it doesn't stop buffering. Even if it shows 4G on the screen but it actually functions like a 2G. The network signal is also not completely filled. Tried to lodge a complaint in the Vi app more than 5 times, it doesn't even get submitted. Porting is the only option left with.
Very poor experience. What is this, a minute ago everything was fine, I was using Internet and now it totally stopped working 😡. I have to use other's hotspot to write this. It isn't a good thing what I am supposed to do now. Whenever I do expensive recharges I have to suffer with these kinds of stuff. Are you only focusing on your profits, well then you have left no choice for the customers, the only option left is to move to other service providers.
Vi service is very very bad. I can't use internet at my home. Again and again I on-off airplane mode, it begins to run but too much slow like 2G. Many complaints registered but they do nothing. Now calling is also not good. In every 3rd call, my client is not able to hear my voice and disconnect my call. It is wasting my time. Soon I am going to port this sim.
Very bad i switch jio to vi but very bad singnal app also very glitched very bad experience.call cut automatically. Internet also not working well i used always turned on off flight mode really not happy with vi. And always did a unknown calls also. For offers and more. If you're network is not good so how people used your services.very disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
Third class app as like it's third class network. It won't let you login. It's OTP features never worked whenever I tried. It's network 🤬 what to say.. It's rarely works 4G, infact most of the time it doesn't even work like it shows #Emargency_Mode or #No_Service. Don't waste your time on VI. Change your telecom network.
The worst network I have ever used. The internet never works. Heavy packet loss. Unbearable latency. Even calling signal is poor most of the times. I will port to other networks as soon as my recharge validity is finished. VI is only giving offers. They don't really work. Customer care will find a fault in your side and never agree to their poor coverage. Just loot. Please stay away from VI. Any other network is better than VI. Even vodafone alone was better I feel sometimes. 0 stars.
This app is very poorly designed. For example, I have been charged for a VAS "Telsync Games" (whatever that is!) without me having subscribed to it. The app (only through the chat facility) tells me that I have been charged Rs10 for this VAS but also shows that I have no active VAS services!! And there is no function to enable me unsubscribe the service. So either this is an unscrupulous con trick by Vodafone charging for VAS not subscribed by users and/or a deliberate attempt to make it difficult for users to cancel such services. I may have missed a function in the app that allows easy cancellation in which case perhaps Vodafone can respond?!
App experience is great, every information is available in a user friendly manner, but still I often face connection issues. Sometimes Internet speed suddenly drops or the connection is lost. Overall I would say that my experience is decent.
This is the worst app I've ever used in my life. I just don't think how one can design this type of app. You will be tired of refreshing the menu but you will not be shown the real figure of your data usage & roll overs. Everytime it show you the usage data of tha day when this app has been refreshed means if it will be refreshed today & showing 753 mb left then this same figure will be shown to you the every next day, even if u haven't used any data for the day. It's just ridiculous.
This is the worst app and worst service by Vi. Their mobile network is very bad and the internet speed also worst in India. This Vi app is always showing advertisements and not working sometimes. After multiple attempts I was able to do the required recharge. Otherwise it was continuously failing to recharge my Vi number. I personally suggest, if you need good network and good internet speed then DO NOT use this Vi sim card and this app. Idea was far better before this merging and became Vi.
The network is awesome.❤❤ Problem is with the app. I would tell that this app works not properly some times. But also VI is the best network i have ever used since the other companies just raising their pack prices, VI was working hard on network. And for me that's the most important thing.
Won't let me raise a complaint about slow network.... The irony is that the checklist the app goes through will not run unless the speed increases. I am also regularly facing call connectivity issues in my area... I think it's time to switch.
Poor performing app. It takes 3 to 5 minutes to do a recharge which other apps does it in 30 sec. And sometimes it won't work at all. Even after multiple complaining, no good gesture seen to resolve the issues.
Really very bad experience... multiple times i have updated my profile still everytime it says that i don't have my email ud registered. The most irritating thing is you cannot generate bill. the bill or most precisely the receipt do not have your name or GST no which os required. Just to check whether they provide this info while sending e-mail i tried email bill option and it says to register. Even the customer care service is not available. we have to submit the bills with all the details.
I've never been on a plane but i get to use the airplane mode on my phone every other day because of the fantastic service that vodafone provides.. i often would have to put the airplane mode on and off for the network to connect back again..I'll be throwing this voda sim of mine in the trash after some time... Jio and airtel is far better than Vodafone... No wonder it went on the verge of bankruptcy
Worst experience. This app is required when we are away from home and need to recharge phone without any man in the middle. But what happens with this app is, when we are away from home(home wifi) and need to use vi data for opening the app, it wont work. Worst app and worst connection. The lowest rating is 1. Thats why giving that. I request google to add negative rating also in play store.
I want to say that I am an old customer of yours and vi have come a long way but there is a thing with vi app. It's amazing as it gives every service in one app but In my opinion you have to work on it as it takes too long to open and there are so many glitches . I just want to say that customers like me will be more happy if we got the smooth and quick experience with our one stop destination.I hope you consider my request.
This app shows incorrect data balance. I got msg that only 480 MB left for daily data usage but the app shows 1GB data left. Kindly check for the same and fix it soon. Overall in my area internet speed is very good. Thanks.
Vi app have many problems ⚠️ improve it Why I can't do the complaint throws app when I open it is automatically shutdown. Means we don't give you the feedback please fix this this is big issue I and other is also facing I reinstall it but no improvement and network is like 3G. We are going to 5G and I get this. Thank for replay but fix it
Worst experience. It takes lot of time for the user interface to load and doesn't show the actual data balance available. The network is although not too good and the usually fluctuates from 4g to 2g. The customer care service is also not so good and cannot fix any problems faced by us. If this is the thing that is going on then we have to switch to other networks like Airtel and Jio.
