this app is so much worse than the Ghin system, it seems VSGA doesn't want any customers. four years with no issues, now I can not even get my account open. I tried to delete and reinstall the new app, can't even see how to do that.Does anyone recommend a user friendly handicap service, that doesn't make you keep entering your acc number?
Very helpful with stats. Keeps me playing with a purpose.
After waiting for a month the date issue still is not fixed. I can't access the date and therefore cannot post my score. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled with no change whatsoever.
The app worked well. I got a new phone, downloaded the new app, tried to bring up a courses I couldn't. I called VSGA on 11/17/20, left a message, to date 11/22/20 I have never received a call back.
Since the redo to incorporate the WHS changeover, the app simply doesn't work. I can log on and see my scores, but crashes if I go anywhere else
Just installed revision 4.0.8. Still unable to use Handicap Lookup or Handicap Calculation. Keeps crashing. Using Samsung S8+ with latest Samsung updates.
The app is great but the post score hole by hole has a major flaw. If inadvertently you hit the back button you not only leave the page but all the entries are erased

STILL haven't fixed the date issue. I CANNOT access the date, therefore I CANNOT POST. I can't be the only one having this issue
Nice app when it works. More often than not it will not open to the handicap page. Is it that difficult to fix these errors?
So far I am not impressed. Constantly having to uninstall and reinstall so I can log on. I hope I didn't waste my money. So frustrating so far.
Latest update seems to be working. Using GHIN app. Works fine.

App immediately crashes when I hit the post score button.
Down right painful since the new handicap system was out in place.

Will not find any golfers
Location function does not work on my tablet. To log in I have to constantly install and uninstall the application. Tried to switch to the paper booklet but was told I was passed the 2 week allotted time period to switch. So I'm stuck with this till next year. Very much a mistake I highly suggest you just avoid the app and get the paper version.

Does not connect to server very often.
The latest Android version 4.4.0 does not close properly. After exiting and reentering all of the functions including the ability to see your handicap are not available. A forced stop of the app is required to return the app to normal operations.
