The app is glitchy and overall annoying to use. It does work after a certain amount of screwing around but doesn't allow two parents to connect to the same camera. In addition, you are unable to configure the cameras wifi setup from the app itself so you still need the parent unti screen to be able to connect to a new network when traveling. That's really disappointing
If I could give no stars for this, I would. This thing doesn't even deserve one star! Constant problems with this baby cam and app. Go to bed the night before and its working just fine. Wake up in the morning to a black screen. This is a constant thing. It decides when it actually wants to work. Total POS system and very unreliable. Don't buy!
Horrible. Both cameras and the app. The parent unit won't hold a charge so I like to use my phone if I'm in the yard with my toddler while baby sleeps. Most of the time it won't connect to the camera, just keeps on the loading screen. Many times I need to unplug and plug the camera back in - and that's usually after baby is sleeping so I need to ninja into the room. And then it still won't work on my phone. Do not recommend.
This is a very expensive black screen 80% of the time. It also crashes every single time the motion detection tries to notify my phone. Would not recommend this to anyone.
Garbage app. I typed in my security password the same one i used to create and log into the account. When adding the camera to the app it keeps saying my security key is invalid. Garbage app. Because of this I'm returning the device. GARBAGE!
not impressed at all. cam kept going offline and then wouldn't go back on at all! i would NOT recommend this product to anyone with a child OR even if they don't have a child! come on and get it figured out if you want to charge sooo much money for it at least make it work!!!! 🤨
Horrible app and product. It continues to loose the connection and now it has seemed to loose connection permanently after 2 years of use. Never buy these products.
I don't like it when I have to change .y remember this is my password I should be able to use my password taken I have such a bad memory it's hard enough to remember one password. I would like to know who has the right to to someone that there password is not good enough ,when it has never been broken my password has always keep my accounts safe so why should I have to change it for some company that I don't even trust or know much about they put out cheap equipment.i would never buy there stuff
Parents don't waste your time on this camera is pure garbage! We spend more time resetting the camera more them we are able to use it to check on our baby.
this product does not do the price Justice. it always resets and starts spinning as well goes offline once a week. power recycle is required at this point.
Doesnt work. Installs, askd for you to sign up and then just hangs. , None of thw menu buttons work. Does this app fo anything?
Garbage. ALWAYS issues. Now it disconnected my camera and won't let me reconnect it. 👎
Constantly having to close the app and reopen it in order to get video.

App no longer works properly, and got no notice this would be happening.

laggy app. even with 500 mbps internet. cant wait for the replacement.
I've never had a problem with my camera and it lets me see my kid from hundreds lot kilometres away.

garbage, cant even create a account! email not valid keeps saying....
keep trying, took me 3 tries to get it to pair, 2 tries to get the app on my tablet working and another 2 tries to get the same app on my phone working (both android). Video is pixelated, has a solid 2 - 4 second delay, and seems audio comes through about 1 second delayed, so video/audio sync is off too. overall, I can see my baby on multiple devices, pan around the room, and tall to him if needed, so I'm pleased, but they really could have made this solution substantially better.
