I don't know what "bug fixes" were performed but it no longer saves my card info for quick payments. So now I have to put it in every time. It's becoming annoying.
I only downloaded this app because their website is garbage and hardly ever works when I need to pay a bill. I had to remember my password which only took 28 tries, but eventually got in and was able to pay my bill. Thank sweet baby Jesus.
It doesn't accept a password longer than 10 characters. Seriously? would love to use it for bill pay but my password is 11 characters long so I have to use my browser.
Does not open. It probably is not optimized for Android 9. When I try to open it my phone freezes.
App served it's purpose but after updating to a new phone with Android Pie it no longer works... Last update 2017, so not sure what kind of hope there is for an update to fix this
Old look and functionality. Doesn't work on Android 9. Not an app I would be proud of if I were Walton EMC. It's laughable compared to Georgia Power's app.
Before last update I could pay my gas and electric bill with one payment. Now I have to pay them one at a time, going through the whole process for each one from the home/account page.

Seriously needs a regular update schedule that follows Android releases - no update in over a year! Contract out Walton!
Wont open after the last update🥴 keeps saying my acct and password are incorrect. What a headache.
If one can do more with the website than the app, does it truly benefit users to have an app? I can pay bills via my financial institutions app plus more.

Latest update fixed all of my issues, huge performance gain
It has serious bugs, which result in the program crashing. Apparently WEMC has no interest in fixing the App, as there has not been an update since November of 2017.
Can't login password change failed every time no matter what I try
Can't update credit card expiration date...locks everytime. Uninstall/re-install etc nada.. Droid turbo II on Verizon.

Walton EMC app makes it easy to pay your bill. I only wish the electric bill was less money, because Walton offered Solar Power instead. Solar is better for the environment and easier on your monthly budget.
This App hasn't worked on my HTC One M8 for over 2 months now. I don't know what happened but would love to see this fixed soon.
Unfortunately this application won't open on my HTC one m8 I have tried numerous times and even downloaded it a few times. Before the update it worked fine, I don't know what could have happened. Please fix asap
I'm glad to see the app back. This make my bill paying much easier.
I have a very difficult time using the app. Every time I try to sign in it gives a message stating there is a difficulty communicating with the server. Fix the damn thing. My time is valuable to me. If you don't fix it I will switch to another company that cares about its customers.
