Always glitches and can't add new payment information forever. I just go online on my computer. Uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times so it was pointless. Just good enough to check my balance that's it

Adding a card works about 10% of the time. After years, I still can't add my bank account. Convenient enough app once you manage to get the payment method added, but the program operates rather slowly, even on wifi.

The App is working and so easy to use. Now if we can get the cost of water, sewer and trash pickup under control, I would even to say its wonderful. Sadly EWSU is totally out of control with rising prices.

This app is worthless. I'd give less than 1 star if I could. I have installed it on 2 separate occasions, months apart, with 2 separate account numbers and it does absolutely nothing. As soon as you put in your info it goes right back to the account number field and will do nothing else. It's about as helpful as text to pay which never actually let's you pay.

It's inaccurate and completely undependable!

"No data to display" every time I try to load the pdf of my bill. Really inconvenient trying to prove residency.

Easy to manuver just wish they would allow pre-dating payment option!!

It gives you information regarding your bill, except why it cost this much. I don't use the water to justify the bill!

So I guess you don't want me to pay my bill. It will not let me insert a credit card. Everytime I try to add one it says card cannot be inserted at this time. I use auto fill and try to manually punch it in. If you want my money fix your app

Add credit card page failed adding either of my credit cards and if you scan the card numbers with your camera, the app still tells you to manually enter them. If the option doesn't work, why even include it?

I get charged a sewer mandate and a sewr fee on a sewer that has been backed up for 6 Mos. I'm disabled and cannot fix it.

This app is borked, i put all my correct information in and it still tells me it is incorrect. Huge fail.

Can't get app to start up Note 3 android 4.4.2

Usage function does not reflect anything near real usage. Also hoped for water boil advisory notifications. Useless unless you want to view your bill on your phone.

The app works great! I had to leave off the leading zeros. EWSU is correcting this so you can enter your full account number.

It won't even recognize my account number that I pulled straight from my bill. Keeps telling me that it cannot confirm my account number or email address. Not only that, but why do I have to give it permission to use my location, my phone, my camera, and edit my files? Do your self a favor and just stick to looking at your paper bill when it comes.
