Not opening the app when its installed. I deleted the app and downloaded it again and nothing. Restarted my phone as well. Still doesn't give me the option to sign in. Just shows the logo

Can't log in. Doesn't recognize E-mail. then states EMAIL is attached to an account

Given the choice of the website (which works fine) or the app, I'd go with the app. It's not 5-star worthy, but it's faster and easier to use than the website. All the 1-star ratings seem to be about connection issues, but they must have resolved them because I haven't experienced any of the problems others have described.

8/7/21 Saturday attempted to install the app on both Android and Chromebookbut it failed to install twice. Same error message on both: "Sorry required download is incomplete, please try again later". Perhaps I'll try again on a weekday to see if that makes a difference lol

Same problem as on the website. The e-mail ID field is mandatory but you can't write in it. I wrote them in November 2019 and they said that they are having problem with the one time payment on the portal, but the IT Department is working on the issue. March 2020 and we still have the same issue. If there is hiring for that IT Department, please I'd like to work there!

Impossible for me to despise this app more; extremely user hostile app; cannot add credit card; login pops up repeatedly after already logging in successfully multiple times; would never use again if I didn't have to pay water bill.

This does not work!! When you open the app it says the download is not complete. You guys need to fix this so people can pay their bills!!!!

The bill portion of the app is "unavailable", you know, the only part of the app anyone uses it for. Their website isn't any better, advertising their poor JavaScript development with NaN values all over the place.

I am so frustrated, even 1 star is too high rated. I am trying to pay my water bill online & get declined. All I need to do is changing my old email address, but I cannot access my account.

I was able to log in initially, however, most of the functions would give an error code. Now when I try to log in it says sorry, services not available. This app needs a lot of work.

Unable to enroll in auto pay, keeps prompting "please accept authorization terms to proceed" but there isn't anything to select for authorization, not a check box or email so far.

When attempting to report a water leak the app repeatedly prevents me from submitting a form indicating I must enter an address, however no field for entering an address is contained on this form?!?

Can't even login in keep getting invalid user I'd or password. I can login in to the website just find. Useless app

DO NOT USE!! Payment processed and gave confirmation # then I get a letter water will be shut off for nonpayment. Now app says down for maintenance

I can't even open it anymore and when I do, they lost my banking info.

I can't use my e'mail address. This app only accepts my ISP's gmail address.

Why all that information if the report doesn't go in?? You need to check your application and make it more efficient.

It's dogshit.

Lots of "mystery meat" on the app (buttons that aren't intuitive as to what they do). This is a a no frills, simplistic approach. The higher reviews you see, are *absolutely* posted by city employees who want to promote the app. Using the app as a vehicle to contact Customer Support will result in a sub-par experience. Don't expect ANY RESPONSE WHATSOEVER. A truly Epic Fail !!!

I was able to log in easily on my Samsung Galaxy S7, using my normal login info. Haven't received a bill to pay yet, so I'm 3-starring until I verify whether or not that process goes smoothly.
