Nothing appears to work. I finally managed to log in, by clicking to use a service that turned out not to work (I saw no official "log in" option until that), but then every option I tried out got an error message. Hopefully the app will be improved upon but, judging by how far back these negative comments go, it doesn't seem to be high on the creators priority list. Shame, as this could be a very practical and useful application if it were to work.

Absolutely horrifying. Worked exactly once. After trying repeatedly to log back in, had to call web services and after a fair bit of time on the phone, uninstalling and reinstalling, it does not work AT ALL! Worse than pointless, this app is completely useless! Website works. Don't waste your time with the app!

HORRIBLE APP. It's for those in Georgia only. It used to work for those of us in the midwest. Just FYI, the list of providers needs to state "for emergencies only" on most of the results. It's EXTREMELY difficult which providers (eye care) actually will do what I need (exams, glasses, etc.). This app needs a TOTAL REDO. 🤦‍♀️

Just as bad as their AWFUL website, w no functions. Problem is if you call customer care, you're always on hold for a good 30 minutes, and their answers contradict each other. The incompetence is incredible. This app now refers you to wellcare Plus app which doesn't do anything of value.

Failed app. Does not work. Just forget about it. I wish I listened to the other reviewers but I didnt. I downloaded it and wasted my time. It doesn't work in any way whatsoever. It won't even give you general info lt asks for information such as your name and your ID number but it doesn't accept it it says that there's no record on file for this information or it's incorrect. I tried this three or four times I gave up. As with everything else relating to Wellcare it doesn't function correctly.

I haven't been able to log in for a week, though I can log into the website just fine on my computer. And I try to use the website to do what I was going to on the app but the website is very confusing, it isn't centralised nor very fluid. I finally gave up, frustratesd, as I need medical attention from a dentist, it won't let me search for one in the app unless I'm logged in. It just says "unable to log in at this time." Just FYI, I am computer savvy.

Definitely a waste of time. NOTHING on this app works. Ift barely signed you in. After several tries it finally signed me in and that's about it. It can't pull up any information. Anything that's clicked on brings up no page at all or a blank page or says that information isn't there...Lord.

The app will not allow me to sign in. I am a Wellcare member with a valid login. I thought having the app on my phone would be easy and convenient to use when I couldn't get to my laptop. It hasn't turned out that way. Very disappointing.

I would give this app five stars, however there isn't even benefits on the page, it has everything but benefits. I want to be able to open the app, and look at my benefits, all of my benefits. The description says it shows benefits, but I sure can't see where, and I am NOT computer illiterate!!! Fix it, and I will update!

Easy 2 use -so far, it's helped w/ everything I've needed to take care so far without issue. However, we all know there will come a time when I want 2 yell & curse at the screen - immediately followed by wanting 2 throw whatever device I'm using straight out the window/door! LOL 😄 So take it as a 5 - until I have 2 updet it! LOL 😎

This app does nothing. It shouldn't even be here. I am going to delete it as soon as I am finished with my review. Noting on it work for California. I hope the insurance is better than there website I just switched to them for my Medicare coverage but I know I can switch again at the end of the year and I will go back to my old carrier if I need to.

I would not advise this app. It only works on 2 things. One Samsung phone and one other Samsung thing. at least that is what the list states. I tried and tried on my Dell pc without luck. Also tried on my Samsung tablet with wrong model #. No luck. Finally checked my phone with the one model# and it worked!

So the option is labeled "Change your address." I click, and I can edit my address. Good. Now try "Edit my email." I click, and I find I can edit my *address* again. Not so good. Now try "Change my phone number." Click. And I can edit my *address*. Really, app programmers? Now we've gone beyond Not Good to Stupid. I still hold hope for you all. Until then, only 3 stars.

Sux...can never log in the 1st time and try to go into forget password and keeps telling me that its not the correct information when I know I have the right info...it does this every single time I try and log in. Then I have to call C.S. to finally have them reset it. This is ridic!!! I know its for ur protection but man get with it!!

This is the worst Health Care company imaginable! I can't login to their website or the mobile app. After being on the phone with these people for 2 afternoons they finally decided to connect me with tech support. Guess what- they have already gone home today!!! I'm getting out of this plan ASAP!

Basically useless, there is no information in there that is worthwhile. With my other provider I was able to get blood test results be able to get diagnosis I would be able to get all sorts of information that I could use and that I needed. With his app there is nothing! You're supposed to be at first rate company, get it together people!

Stupid app, and I regretted signing up with this company an hour after I did it. This app just tells me to download a different app, which I'm not going to do. Called Humana - going back to them asap! $5. more for doctor's appointments, but well worth it to feel confident in my health plan.

Apparently, this app can't be used without the Wellcare+ app, which, after I downloaded it at the direction of THIS app, wouldn't permit me to register despite having all requested information of my membership. So I can't use either app. That was a waste of time.

I had a new plan begin on 6/1/21 and I cannot log into the app, it says the app is for active members, which I am, I called customer service and they were unable to assist me with the aop, especially since I am able to access my account on the computer.

I installed My Wellcare app. When I opened it, I had to enter my State and my Plan info. So... my Plan wasn't even listed in the options. I tried signing into other Plans, but it wouldn't let me. I uninstalled it. Useless

this app is useless. I've tried to use it over several months and error message "cannot connect to server" always comes up.

They told me half a dozen times over the phone to download this app, and it kept erroring out. Finally got it to load and it does not even cover Missouri. Thanks for nothing guys.

Most of the app is "unavailable". I'm guessing the app was created because apps are ubiquitous. It would be better for everyone that the app be taken down untill a useful, working, robust app is developed.

It told me when I entered my information that I had to be an active member. WELL I'VE BEEN GOING TO THE DOCTOR AND USING THE CARD AND GETTING MY MEDICINE USING THE CARD, SO TELL ME EXACTLY HOW IT IS I'M NOT AN ACTIVE MEMBER, SO I GOT MAD AND UNINSTALLED THE APP IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE THERE TO HELP US NOT MAKE THINGS WORSE, AND MY STATE IS ON THE LIST. UNLESS UPGRADED A WHOLE WHOLE WHOLE LOT WILL NOT BE WASTING MY DATA SPACE FOR USELESS APP THAT HAS NO HELPFUL INFORMATION.

Seems like a scam since I couldn't log in using my info and the wellcare site directly refrences an entirely different app. No idea who this is working for, but now I'm going to change my password.

If I could I would give this app negative stars. When I try to login it tells me the app is only available to active Wellcare members. Have me the number to call Wellcare CS, I spoke with them and they can't help cause it's not their app and suggested I post a complaint here.

Wow worst app ever I love using the website on my laptop but not on my phone the app doesn't include the state of Maryland. So i can't even look up my account info. Very disappointed.

App does not work. It gets stuck on the opening screen and nothing else! Waste of space!

My first time on my Samsung device and all I get is gr he open screen, it won't even let me login. This doesn't give me much faith in it. I will try later to uninstall the re install, maybe it will work then!
