Needed to reset passwords but it threw an error on desktop and mobile. I suspect it's a server side issue since the app didnt prompt me with biometric logins. Regardless, I can't trust an app with my money of I can't do something as simple as a password reset. As of right now, I have funds locked and inaccessible due to this. I'm completely removing wisely from my payment structure. Any sort of app downtime in the financial sector is absolutely unacceptable. Stick with an actual bank.
I love mobile banking when it works. I tried twice to transfer money to my bank to no success. It did not even give me a fail message just nothing, no reaction. Edit & Update. I was able to make the transfer online. It seems the challenge (slide) is not working properly on the app preventing the transfer to be validated
Like others have said, it's fine for direct deposit and application is fairly straightforward. Also like many others, it has been difficult to use this with online vendors. Among places that would not take myWisely card as opposed to any other card: Hulu, GPay(and many google services like YouTube Premium), McDonald's app(essentially any restaurant ordering online, no luck on any), Discovery Plus, Walmart online... On and on. Oddly I've had luck with Xbox online, Netflix, and paying in person.
When I called to get a replacement card cause my chip didn't work. They offered me a new card with the same numbers cause everything is linked to those numbers (ex. Car payments and mortgage) they gave me totally different numbers and refused to help me. Even though they offered wouldn't let me do the survey and hung up. Customer service sucks 😞 PS don't offer services that you don't do. Terrible 😤
Great for getting money quick but.. No routing number to pay bills, only for direct deposit. App takes forever to sign in. I have to put in my fingerprint multiple times before it goes. The card isnt compatible with zelle. And some providers don't accept the card as a valid card. At least not to sunbit, where i tried paying my credit card. I would give better rating if most issues get fixed
I've done my homework before downloading this app and opening an account with Wisely of course, and i haven't run into any sort of issues that many folks have encountered themselves, and written about in their reviews!! I'm very happy and satisfied with myWisely, and i do recommend it to anyone. I've started using its services on March 17th of this year, and no issues whatsoever! NONE...
Barely functional at all, many crashes, not letting me transfer money because it doesn't feel like it, making me sign in over and over again, telling me the fingerprint sensor is enabled, I try using it, and then it signs me right back out. What a joke.
The app works fine. No problems moving money around. What bothers me is that every time they do an update the app forgets who I am and I have to re-enter my info, and since I usually don't remember my username (or care to, that's why there's a "Remember Me" button) I have to go through a bunch of inconveniences to access my account. Really a pain when I'm in a hurry. Stop forgetting who I am or I'll move to a company who cares!!!
I wish could rate it lower, I set up this account for my Amazon Early pay. And it has been 2 paychecks sense I got the card as I'm STILL not able to sign into the app. So I can't use the card, DISPITE the fact that there is 85 dollars of MY money on it after two weeks it's still there and still unusable. and all the help call line employees are on the other side of the planet and CONSISTENTLY give me conflicting information about how to fix it. AMAZON EMPLOYEES, DO NOT TRUST THIS CARD OR APP.
I keep trying to go to my account settings and it just pops up with a white screen. I already uninstalled and restalled it and it still doesnt fix the problem. Use to never have this problem very frustrated!!!!
Forced to get the wisely card for work. It's an absolute hassle to withdraw cash. Mainly low withdrawal limits. When I actually found an appropriate atm, i was declined multiple times and charged a fee for each declined withdrawal. So I went to a Wells Fargo ATM across the street, took what I wanted, and still charged a non ATM fee.
My account has been changed. My money has been stolen twice. My email was changed on my account. My phone number does not match my account. My disputes have been denied and I have gotten hung up on by the service personally when I call to dispute. I have changed my card 4 times. I can't get into my app. I asked for a pin change and got No response. I will never use this card again
I am unable to access a text box when contacting customer support through the app. Otherwise making it seem like I am ignoring people when I am just trying to clarify the meaning behind sub texts for payments, more specifically a direct deposit from my workplace.
Terrible, fraudulent bank, by far!!! Do do it, you WILL lose money! Guaranteed.... I called the company due to my card not reading, it was locked due to an email issue, without any warning, they halted my direct deposit of 930 dollars on Wednesday, told me to suit several documents online, to another country, and it would be resolved in 1-2 business days, that was Wednesday, it's now Monday, and they're telling me it may take 1 or 2 more buisness days, but keep insisting I purchase a replacement
It's confirmed this card through ADP is set up all wrong why lie about getting paid up to two days early. It's now 8 hours before actual payday and the money still hasn't hit this card. They process the time and funding direct deposit yet can't manage to stay true to their word. I'm going back to Cash App they stay true I get it at least a full day early.
Not only did I verify my information with a representative who was quite thorough and was a pleasure to talk to. The app disagreed with all of our information and told me to go to my employer. I had to drive quite a distance to get my employer to verify the information. They told my employer that they were wrong about the information and the card was not valid. We called the number and the card said it's valid. The absolute worst experience with an app. The app is not necessary for the card post
My card was declined even though funds were available. That being said, the funds were still deducted from my account. That was 4 days ago and still not returned. Customer service is a joke. You can tell they give automated answers and have no actual idea how to assist you. This deduction caused a bill not to be paid and costed me several hundred dollars, of which wisely could care less. The bad part is, it was a paycard from my employer, same employer where the card was declined.
Just a fantastic company. They are extremely helpful and understanding. The app works great just like their cards. I really have zero complaints about the app or accounts.
They give you the run around when you're trying to get your money back. I've been dealing with them for the past week about my dispute and still nothing. They told me fax them a note and it would be a quicker process. And still nothing. This is too much of a hassle for money that's mine.😒 I have things to do and they kept stalling. As soon as this is over, I'm switching to an regular bank account so I don't have to deal with this anymore!
There had been money taken from my account in march that i didnt authorize . When that has happened once before in the past, they always credited my account until they conducted their investigation . I have gotten nothing but attitude when I call and im out my money now . IM NOT HAPPY WITH THIS CARD ! And if anyone is considering using this app or card . Id think twice if ur money is important to you .
Won't let me confirm my identity via email with the 6 digit code and I'm unable to get text messages. In order to get a way to confirm my identity, it wants me to confirm my identity but it won't let me. I tried the customer service chat, I even tried calling the number provided, both were no help at all.
Was working fine. It was useful a I use it for my card. But since I got a new phone I keep getting a "unable to connect to server" ie tried reinstalling, restarting my phone, clearing cashe, even tried using another internet and nothing works.
I tried ordering a new card and even paid for one day shipping and a whole week later it comes in every day I talked to them they would lie Everytime and tell it's it's going to get to me every day for the 6 days at one point they just ignored me when I asked what the hold up is. The customer service sucks and very unhelpful wish I could give them less than a 1 star tbh
I have to rate this 1 star because Ive just received this card to get paid on from my job and I can't even get somebody on the phone to even activate my card this is crazy Ive been waiting so long on the phone(40+ minutes) I even hung up and called back still can't get somebody on the phone(I'm actually waiting on the phone now as I type this. I even tried activating it online and every time I try it says sorry something went wrong but nothing is wrong 24/7 customer service is a lie.
The app keeps saying my password incorrect, there's no way i forgot it. When i try to change it, yall ask for my email to send a verification code but can't because the app never had me add my email.
Love the app and great Features And also Decent rewards And let's not forget The only bad part is it takes out like 3.50$ If you use it at certain ATM Plus the ATM fee, so like 7.50$ Is what I normally get charged altogether But I only go to certain ATM's When I can Very good app
I bought a e gift card with the app and a couple days later the gift card section totally disappeared. Luckily I printed it so I was able to use it. I never received the promised cash back.
Only good for looking at your balance but help for anything useful solely relies on you calling somone. I've also tried to put in a card for Google Pay and it's still not letting me add it.
Just terrible. Locks you out of access to YOUR money for no good reason. Outrageous ATM withdrawal fees that double at many locations. I can't get another banking card fast enough.
Mediocre at best. I use it for direct deposit and it gets mey money fine. The big issue is that I cannot use it on most online platforms. YouTube, Netflix, playstation ect. When I put in my card info it continues to say that the information isn't correct. I check double check and quadruple check. My info is correct but it still won't let me. It happens on almost every site, so they aren't the issue.
