It stalls all the time. Checking schedules and timecards is impossible when it freezes. Sometimes it takes hours to correct. Really need to fix this guys.. Too many issues with your system. Specially when businesses rely on this to run efficiently. If my employees can not acess a simple app to check in, or see their daily/ weekly schedule, we end up with team members not showing up.
I'd rather rate it as negative because the app is highly flawed. On accessing it, it needs to be logged on every time inspite of using it as saved login details on the same device. The main screen appears as blank squares and goes back again to the 'install app' screen. I find the whole procedure extremely frustrating
Alot of times the program doesn't upload the information. Blank blocks happens too much in my opinion. So until that stops happening so much I rate it two stars.
Every since the update can not get schedule, has a blank screen continuous twirling bit does not goe any further. I was able to check schedule and sync schedule with my calendar.
The app freezes. Every time I log in I have to restart my phone to get it to work. Plus it would be helpful if the app allows you to stay logged in
Forever stopping working, once uninstalled and reinstalled it works. Then next time i log on all i het is a blank white screen everytime. A lot of my work colleagues are experiencing the same thing. Not good!
Same as the ESS 41 Reflexes App since the update on Feb 23rd, unable to log on with my user ID and Password and they are both fine. App is non functional.
Edit: After update still cannot open attachments, quick action crashes program. Can no longer open any attachments, still no way to quickly log in. When trying to complete tasks there are usually errors so I have to do it on a pc anyways.
Yeah the other 1/5 reviews summarize the plethora of issues with this app's stability, performance, and reliability... I'm just going to go back to calling work to find out my schedules. Much easier.
lags, doesn't allow to read everything before it doesnt work anymore. Have to reboot phone constantly to get app to work. Very disappointed. Forced to use for work and hate it.
Unfortunately no minus option for this app. It doesn't matter how often I download it the next day it doesn't work. TERRIBLE!!!
Blank screen most of the time, when trying to back out of it, it takes me to the play store and wants me to install something else!
Love using the work app, ....Very helpful, able to stay on top of my work schedule and alot of things can be done.. Request off, trade shift, etc..thank you.. It's great when you can see all your hours of work..
Rubbish, so many problems. I have to go through log in twice EVERYTIME I want to look at anything. Even 5 minutes later, have to log in twice again.
This is the most poorly good for nothing app I have ever experienced. I would give it or rate it a double 00 if I could. So I want rate it ! lol
App won't let me update my password so that my finger scan will work. How about putting the day of the week as well as the date on individual pages, would be helpful when I am on the phone making appointments.
Scan QR code or manually enter product key. What? It just stays on this camera mode when you open the App. WTH. You can't click anything or go anywhere. Has nothing to do with scheduling.
Aug. Update ruined it. Can't find the schedule, just the notification style board to acknowledge you saw it...but that's it! Can't even open it.
Does not work properly. Have to uninstall then reinstall. Then had to reset password several times. Finally downloaded then request for time off white blank page. . Thks please fix . Loves 616 harrisonville mo.
It took me a week to get this app to start working AGAIN and it worked for ONE day and stopped again. It has been a week and it won't work, AGAIN.
Never wants to show me my work schedule and it's frustrating. Even if I log out and log back in it works hardly ever!!!
Since the update, can't open any files. It keeps saying , file not supported to open. If we fix this I'll change the star to 5.
It doesn't send messages or notifications when things has changed and has to be restarted everytime u try to go back in..
Well looks like im not getting work done with this app. Systems down at work so download this app to try and get work done and literally all it says is scan QR code cant get past or leave that screen.
It is a QR scanner. When you open it all you can do is scan a QR code, literally nothing else. Everyone else at my work has it no issue. Not understanding this.
Does not work at all. Jan 2022 and still trash. App keeps telling me to "upgrade" when I just downloaded it. The screen then says "fetching data," blanks and then has the same error screen about compatibility. Not everyone has an iPhone and Mac. Fix this.
