‘MyWorldWeather’ is a smartphone version of the World Weather Information Service (WWIS) website,which is the first website presenting official weather information on selected cities provided by National Meteorological and Hydrological Services (NMHSs) worldwide.WWIS aims to provide authoritative and reliable weather information from the authoritative NMHSs internet users and media.The WWIS website was developed and maintained by the Hong Kong Observatory (HKO) on behalf of the World Meteorological Organization (WMO). With collaboration of other members of the WMO, the WWIS is now available in ten language versions.

+ haas big potential + basic idea of local data aggregation and ad free/open access is very much paramount + screen orientation adaptive + weather map incl. satelite + uncluttered, clear, non flashy interface ? aeronautical units would be nice ? needs nicer graphs ? confirmation buttons f.ex. in Favorites list editing ? meta data such as data resolution indication, etc. would be nice ? pollution indication would be nice (at least some educational variety)
GEAT IDEA to have data from local official observatories, but need to update app and widget and improve it.
Huge potential but it's missing a lot of stuff. Warnings from NW Services for example.

It doesn't live up to its reputation.
Every time I tried to set the city manually, the phone force closed the app (yes. I've tried more than hundreds of times. It happened to have the same result.) App developer, plz fix this problem. Thx!
It showed I am in Geneva all the time, please fix this, otherwise the apps is useless!
Nice fun app, not complicated. Just move around the world and see what the weather is like. Biggest thing I like....... no adverts!

no good, as continually loops between Page for my city data and a graph of that data also jumps between portrait and landscape

I lived in Hong Kong - not Switzerland!!! And it doesn't even list my hometown in New Zealand as an option for bookmarks! Immediately uninstalling, useless app!
Excellent WMO offical forecast
I really want to use this app because I don't want to support privatized weather services but it's basically unusable to me. First of all, the widget disappears constantly, which is my number 1 usage for weather apps. Second of all there isn't much forecasting available and the display doesn't show completely in app.
