Never sends you the activation email. Tech support was looking into it and then nothing.
Excellent and very courteous staff at this facility. The nurses work so well as a team the wait time is cut in half as they work as a team and attend to their patients. Bedside manners are excellent!!
This is useless since the last update. I gave up on trying to take pics and now I can't even login or change the password. It's just taking up space on my phone.

Great concept. Text cannot be resized. Cannot sign in, after creating account because of unadjustable text size. Also, no desktop access to app functions (sign-in, check supplies, etc.) Makes the app much more of an annoyance than a convenience. Please fix.
I haven't ordered supplies yet using the app but I had a battery critical alarm that I was expecting to see the alarm somewhere in the app. I was wrong. I'm not sure that all the personal information needed to set up this app is worth it's usefullness.
Can't use the app. It reports a necessary update, but when I try to perform the update there's nothing there.
The only thing the app enabled me to do was sign/submit initial paperwork. Too much personal information required for the minimal amount of functionality the app offers. Just uninstalled because it was pummeling me with useless notifications.
Prevents me from logging in stating there is a required update, however, there is no update available, ?????
App was working fine until yesterday. Now I can't access it. I had a wound care appointment at the hospital and we could not take a picture with the app.
Let me order supplies once and never again. Latest error app says I'm not connected to the internet. Total frustration.
Terrible app it's quicker and easier to conduct all needs through the phone, this app doesn't make anything easier and can screw your entire account up!
Won't let me validate me email. Freezes there. I Uninstalled and reinstalled and now it won't go past my password.
I couldn't place an order, the app told me to call KCI which for 2 days I've either been on hold or never got a call back. All I wanted is black foam for. Finally called the wound clinic and asked them to order a box of black foam. Entirely user unfriendly, both this app and phone calls.
Helped me heal and get better 100%..nurses are the kindest and well trained to assist your needs..highly recommended

When given the wound vac, I was assured my privacy was safe because the company would only receive the diagnostic data anonymously. But when I ran this app, it insisted that I register my information with them. I promptly uninstalled the app.
cannot order the supplies you need, just allowed to order the same supplies from most recent order.

Im posting mostly in regard to previous posters.This is a wonderful tool to assist you you being proactive in your wound care. "Red",you may not understand how apps work. Without your info, they would just be receiving random information with no baseline.You have more chance of serious wound infection than ppl using your info for nefarious reasons. Your only hurting yourself. "Effie", I think you just have to adjust your settings.Find someone to help, family, doctor, neighbor, most any kid..

Other than my original sign in I have not been able to sign in to the app and it just tells me oops there's a mistake.. I've called numerous times and no one has returned my call so the app is absolutely useless to me since it will not allow me to sign in. One day I called and they transferred me around so many times I ended up with employee IT. It's like no 1 knows what's going on.
