Usually when apps have an update, it will offer something better right? Not for this one. Each update the app became heavier than previous version. It's been becoming worse and worse each update, and now i can't even open the app!!! It always crashed whenever i try to open it!!! Fix it ASAP!!
Just install for newest version, and the apps always keep on crashing! I can't even buy my monthly xtra combo. Please make for lighter version, only for buying quota. And for other network for *123* please don't redirected to myxl apps..because the apps keep on crashing! Thanks.
the app doesn't work very well. I have been unable to open this xl application for 1 week. I have contacted customer service twice and was told to uninstall and install again until I had to email to send proof, it still doesn't work. One more thing I am a postpaid card user, sometimes I only print bills via SMS, rarely via email because I also need my billing details, while via SMS there are no billing details, only the total nominal I have to pay, no details on my bill. I have to call first
Extremely bad after recent update. Always stated bad internet connection when my internet is really stable and fast, often crashes, force closed, load really slow and takes a lot of waiting time. XL really need to do something about this problem, really annoying when you are in a rush
It says i need to do transaction with certain amount to level up my status and get better promotion, but nah, even though i made transaction twice of the amount needed, my status still stuck and didn't get a proper promotion i should get. And then, the apps is super laggy and inconvinience to use! Annoying! Who still made this kind of laggy apps in 2022. This app is super terible. Foced to use just because I use this operator.
Can't even open the app. I've tried re-install the app,my device work properly nothing's wrong, and there's plenty space left on my storage. Edit : it's been more than a week, i can't even activate my voucher while you guys 'forcing' activate it using yours app.
After the latest update, app crashed whenever I tried to use it. Tried every advice you gave to others on their reviews, but nothing worked. Prior to this update, the app worked well for years for me. Now is just broken. This scoring won't change until it is fixed.
Not a superior provider anymore. Bad customer service, sometimes it's so obvious that stranger "cloning" the number but the cs said that it's not (but now it's proven those stranger probably did something as netflix allowed pssword sharing but without permission/stealing), cannot changing my email (while that email already deleted). Slow connection, while the quota stiĺl big. Thumbs down.
Apps cannot opened since 17 mar 2022. Clearing chace does not work. clearing app data does not work too. tried to re-install the apps, but the progress take very long time to finish. So need to re-downlaod again using different internet connection, but still the same the download progress stuck. after the waiting the doanload to finish, the apps still crashing when opening it. hope we ge t an update soon
Too many moving part that makes phone laggy, sometimes unable to load app, laggy since last update. If not because promo's, i would not download this app instead use dial service. I say this app good, but too many UI features are not really important (promo's are good, but UI in this app really bother me)
Can't even open the apps after the newest update because it keeps crashing. Already tried to re-install several times but still no change. The previous version works just fine. Please fix!
I hope there is notification about used data like messages so i can save more data, and I have a problem to redeem reloaded data after buying pulsa or data packet because I using bundling card. Such a shame all my bonuses wasted.
I would say this is the worst provider's app. Even worst than Live On, because what, because this app always got crushed and error. And when i tried to reached the cs, they are not responsive. I can't even sent ss to cs and they just keep silent and read my question and complaint. And why my membership just stuck there even i have some of plenty transactions??!!
Customer service/Agent gives the same response over and over. There's no solution at all after complaining many times. I didn't receive my bonus kuota membership and bonus kuota aplikasi (about 24GB in total) after spending quite amount of balance.
apps crashed when i opened. and i alr updated to the latest version, cleared cache, reinstalled. nothing is working. im using android 12 btw and still hase huge storage left with 12gb ram and 512 gb memory. previous update is better than this.
I bought a data package for hundreds thousands rupiah using credit card in this app, but after 2 days, it's still not accumulated to my account yet. Has contacted the help center using chat and also call, but they just leave me hanging, didn't help at all, they just instructed me to wait. I ended up buy another data package using another 3rd party. Please fix this technical issue and the SOP of CS of handling the complaints, no after sales service at all. I wasted money by using this app
Fails to start, and completed transactions marked as pending transaction (you still get the package you bought, but it'll mess up your next purchase) are my 2 problems with this app, I suggest the Devs look into them
after I updated this app to the latest version, it was suddenly not responding and I cann't claim the reward 'cause suddenly out. I have restarted my phone and even reinstalled the app but it still doesn't work.

I need this app to control my phone usage. So please correct it immediately. Edit 25-03-2022 : okay, already updated today. Looks everything is ok now. Thanks. See how it be for the next few days. The app runs heavily, and I don't like the way the provider does not take a good care of the old users. They keep offering products cheaper to the new user than to the old ones. It's like a loyalty is not a matter for them.
Really bad. I extremely disappointed with this application. I could not activated or by any package any more in this app, whereas in the previous version it works as well as usual. It is really unsatisfied.
The App keeps crashing and won't open. I have tried uninstalling and installing it many times, and it still keeps crashing.
in the past.. i don't have much complaint for this app. but when I update to the latest version, thousands of complaints come. the apps often closes suddenly, forced to stop, takes a long time to load, when i want to take a bonus in the bonus menu, the apps suddenly crashes, has problems, pauses, then suddenly closes by itself. it is not once or twice but EVERY TIME I open the app, they will force close. this is soooo annoying for God's sake. PLEASE WORK PROPERLY TO IMPROVE THE APP!
