This app just takes a LONG time to sync, which most times it fails to do. When I'm using my phone data, speed varies each time, from moderately fast to just sluggishly slow, I don't know why, I thought it was using a USSD command with an improved UI, but now I just don't know or care. From an aesthetic point, it looks somewhat better than early versions, but compared to the "RED team", you guys are way behind. I'd say give it a few more tweaks & upgrade the user experience by A LOT..

Slow UI with over one minute loading EACH SCREEN even on WiFi or other provider network, which doesn't make sense as it's not downloading while waiting. This has persisted for over one year. Worry-free my arse. Fix your damn codebase or rebuild your app from ground up, it's clearly failure in cross referencing your functions.

For now, this app deserves 2 stars only because it's not actually doing its job. The billing statement hasn't been updated. I had trouble upgrading my limit and not the "switch plan" button isn't working at all and I don't know why. Called customer service and they said they would give result in the maximum of 3 days and it's been more than that. Fix it, please.

Is this really a postpaid service? Horrible, signal lost very often. When this was written, zero bar. Recently cannot make phone call and even receive call. Experiencing loading failures. I get better network and internet experience using a prepaid sim card (not XL) which cost lesser, which is ridiculous beyond belief. And don't tell me to file a complaint or reset my device, I've done it numerous times. Nothing works. The only thing hinders me from unsubscribe is the COVID-19 situation thing.

Always very very poor internet connection. It's need a long time to open the XL application. Or the application not good so it's difficult to be opened? No matter what, I was make wrong decision to use "XL Prioritas" and have to use it for a year !!! So sad... 6-aug 2019: became worse. Tidak bisa terhubung dengan server. Hanya itu yg bisa saya dapat dari aplikasi ini. 14-agustus 2019: setelah update sesuai arahan via email, mendingan. Frekwensi "tidak bisa terhubung dgn server" berkurang

Poor signal I always experience, sent complaints to CS, never solve the problems, they ask to restart device but with no intention to really help. For others who is planning to use this operator, I strongly advise to think thousands times before you will regret it. choose wisely!

This apps is created for XL Priority users, but it seems that it don't receive priority for development. Slow to load (most of the time cannot connect to server), oldschool and ugly interface ... The Prepaid myXL apps are better to see than this. Are you sure this app is for Priority users? Come on XL, you can do something better here ...

Live chat featured is not quite good, make it in app so it would be easier to access. Current feature need to be opened in browser and it's tab keep close by itself.

Bad app, bad internet connection. Believe me, you are not priority because you using XL PRIORITAS. DUH. The regular xl axiata is much much much better. Fyi: im not done chatting using their live chat feature, but they end the convo. Like wth??

Package discount prices in the apps are false. Why put discount while charge customers for full price, isnt it against the law? Latest one on 30 nov 2020 at the last billing cycle my unused quota was 26GB due to undisclosed info on unlimited prio film booster. my speed was shaped at 500 kbps. No info at all at product details about this FUP policy. CS couldnot stop the booster although had been requested from24 nov 2020, technician came on 30nov and also gave up. No compensation from xl at all.

What an absolute garbage with no update at all since Sep 2020. I don't know why was my account logged out, and I can't even login back anymore with the password they gave. For anyone who can't login into this app just like me, use another app called myXL with no 'Postpaid' in it.
