Poorly written. Freezes; Crashes; Busses will show in 1 spot for 5 mins then suddenly cover 8 miles. Estimates of next bus are built off of schedule, not actual bus positions. Load times are horrendous. When GRTA pulls a bus off its route, the app still shows the bus is coming in 1 minute.
The 476 route has been 45+ minutes late every day this week. Driver said there was traffic?? Honey, it's 4:00 on a Thursday; there's no traffic. Are the drivers too incompetent to activate their GPS either? 4 stops just went by without notification. Should be a free service.
edit: it worked when there were buses in service but i guess when there weren't, the app didn't work for me at all.
I'd love to rate this app but my rating is not reporting to GPS. My rating may show up between 20 min or an hour after normal scheduled rating.
Rarely works and when it does it's very slow.
Can't find routes or stops with address, zip or city
This would be great if it worked. None of the features work!
App is slow and not accurate.
Slow, and inaccurate
Routes are not in actual real time but estimated real times based on where the bus should be. When their is a change in the schedule, for example: reduction of routes due to a pandemic, or say if a bus is out of service; none of that is updated real time, estimated time or really at any time. That caused my a great deal of confusion early on.
