Should maintain the Web log in since you dont allow user to auto send email the billing. I have to access the bill from my mobile, search the downloaded file bec. the app says it is located in downloads folder and it is not, and only to send it to my email or Bluetooth. Good job YES
LOUSY customer service team - Takes more than 10 tries to just get connected to a real CS rep. Most of the CS rep don't even know the process flow and basic info for their services etc and kept on having to check, and the online/offline CS can't even speak or worse, understand basic English. Even LOUSIER service - need to keep on restarting phone to get service (NO incoming/outgoing calls & Internet). Save yrself from the headache and choose other providers please. IT'S REALLY NOT WORTH IT.
used to be ok with 4g speed over 30mbps. then this 5g comes in. well, i was able to connect to 5g with a whopping speed of over 800mbps but it only lasted few minutes then it locks in 4g with speed 1 - 3mbps. good cause showing the real "4g" speed n letting me to make up my mind not to continue using it.
YesCare in-apps don't even care your tickets. Not helping. Edit: 1. Customer service (CS) so slow response. Took few day just to reply a ticket and if there is few reply I made for a ticket, it took few day too for CS to reply. 2. I need to state/reply few time for CS to understand what my issue is and also they not even notice my photo attached for inquiry. 3. CS just closed my ticket without resolve my issues. 4. Overall this apps is good, easy to use, fast loading and have good UI design
not user friendly.cannot transfer extra credit to others.kasi up unlimited but when use always no connection,always got problem. even when i use free shopee reload free topup also no function, always low connection.sometimes become 0.00-.080kb/s only?? what?? when i report they ask to change the phone setting. no point!
Hello, I want to know why we can't add the credits that we have bought from shop. It keep saying "invalid code" we already check the numbers and stuff but it still said invalid code, we even bought 4 cards to reload the credit but it still can't be used edit: it say that our account is blocked to reload any credit in the app, how is that even possible? we just only use the app to buy internet to use it for social medias (i mean by "we" is me and my mom)
Unable to top up using debit card, showing RM1 on screen for any top up. Edit: I have topped up using fpx method, but it will be hard for some ppl when they try to top up using credit/debit card. Pls fix it asap. Tq.
cannot load payment due to "update" must use google chrome. Some us don't use chrome OK. i had to enable it and update and it still required me to update to some god knows what version . payment system is the worse i've ever seen for a telco. Really, fix your app and your site. I've had it easier on Unifi and i thought they weren't that good either.
The internet speed used to be fast, around 42mbps. When yes FT5G kicked in, the speed slowed down to less than 3mbps, around 1mbps on an average. So sad. I used to praise how good yes4g was. Now it's almost useless. Time to switch.
Hi, support After the ic scan update is too bad, always can not scan, can make a stable version, too difficult to process the registration, take time to adjust !!! I got a YES SIM card from the last 2 days. Until now. has not Succeeded in Using It.
The app used to work just fine and then now every time I opened the app, the app give me message saying something is wrong even though I already updated it to the latest version. Fix this! Can't even redeem my free data
App sometimes slow and it always mentioned that server is taking too long to respond. Interface okay, and the design is also nice. I know this is not a suggestion for developer, more to Yes. I really want an add on of 365-days active credit like Tunetalk did. Need to check for both credit and data expiry.
Very worst internet connection in my area (Nibong Tebal), has been up this issues to the careline and the connection hasn't been resolve.. there a lot of users out there using this telco, I don't understand why this telco won't improve their coverage for the convenience of their users.. this made me wanna leave this service
Since the first MCO on 18/3/2020, mobile data speed provided by Yes was getting slower and slower. From August 2020 onwards, its mobile data is so slow that it could not open the Yes App itself, and i have to rely on Wifi or Celcom hotspot to open Yes App. Now in May 2022, Yes Selfcare through internet is no longer available, users are forced to use Yes App. This is the kind of company that would get 5G license in Malaysia. What's happening to Malaysia?
Has been few months I can't log in my account. Keep telling there is something wrong with apps repeatedly. The big problem now is that I can't renew my internet plan since it can't be done on website.
Apps need improvement, everytime i want to make payment, it keep asking to update my google chrome(already at latest update) and i unable to make payment using this apps, and also make option on what browser to use instead of chrome only

Less 4G coverage. Got 4G coverage but ping more than 20ms while playing MLBB. I'm switching to iPhone but Yes4G does not support 4G VoLTE or normal call on iPhone. I guess it is time for me to drop my postpaid plan. Good time.
I don't know what 's going on cos I don't seem to be able to claim the free data voucher that I received from Shopee! Keep asking me to key in the correct voucher code n my id. That's what I have been doing. Real frustrating as I've quite a few vouchers to claim.
i bought a sim from a shopee and followed the manual guide given, but what came out during the scan and manually filled in was an invalid code, almost 10 times i tried and i thought it was just inconvenient ..help me and I'll change my rating.

Yes Went From Good to Worst. I used to enjoy unhindered internet connection, now i got no signal at all. And the support were pretty much useless. Its been a week 0 signal, i am moving on.
no signal always and credit cant be used to activate sim so credit accumulated and data expired as signal not strong, i use Yes due to claiming free data from shoppee, may divert back to original platform
Always trying it best to give best service. Nice UI in my personal opinion.. Internet need to improve a bit some places not having coverage

Smooth. The biggest issue for me is why can't the apps shows the validity and the current credit at the main page, and make it so hard to find by hiding it under Reload? Intentional or not, this is much worse than other Telco apps where you can see the validity / remaining credit in the main page.
The app is quite buggy and unresponsive. 'No connection' message keeps popping up even at 4G+ areas. And where is the balance data and call minutes information? It used to be displayed on the main page in the previous app update.
The rate sould be zero star. Recently YES network is very poor. Most of the time the connection very slow and sometime no signal. When you raise ticket, nothing solve and they will give you same answer. I would not recommend for those one good network quality.
Very bad experience using this network. At first after activate still okay. After sometime using it the connection become worst. If you buying thier internet plan, you are wasting your money. It slower than free internet and connection are unstable. Several time feedback to yescare and it's not helping at all. This is my experiences.
