The app is more convenient than carrying around the log book. I wish the app knew when I pressed the button. I thought that if I pressed the button it would prompt me to record an entry or it would as least have the date and time saved and I would just need to add some details. With everything around being a "smart" device it is hard to remember that not everything is.

The app is simple and works well -- much easier than writing in a journal, although the app allows only 100 characters (maybe this is a good thing). Giving it 4 stars because there's no way of verifying that the log entry has been received or of editing an entry (it's fine that the app says the log entry was saved, but can I trust that it was successfully transmitted to iRhythm Technologies?). Here's a use case -- I'm riding my bike, feel my heart racing, click the device, but can't stop to make a log entry. So, I'd like a way of recording the time and later making/updating the log entry with details.

I'm scheduled for using this monitor for 2 weeks, I have just a few days left. So far, the app is very user friendly & very easy to use. My only complaint is the app has spontaneously opened while I'm in another app. This has probably happened at least 10+ times since using the app. To be clear, when this has happened, I had not just clicked the monitor on my chest, this just opens up spontaneously. Thank you.

Super easy app! I would have filled the log book within the first 24 hours of receiving the monitor, so being able to log more entries is helpful- I will need more than 50 symptom entries, but I can figure that out later. Took off a star- if I don't close out the app, it will sometimes open back up & kick me out of what I'm working on. I wish it connected to the monitor so that I could log symptoms with the corresponding times I clicked the monitor.

Quite possibly the easiest thing ever. The ONLY complaint I have is the positioning which really makes wearing the seat belt uncomfortable as the shoulder strap goes right on the device. So simple to use though, accurate and easy instructions from start to finish. I do suggest downloading the app as it makes it much more simple. Good luck!!

It keeps popping up when I'm using other apps - it covers the other things I was doing and fills the screen. Also, I understand after the 50th time that the app will not report medical emergencies but there's no way to opt out of that extra step at the end of each report. 100 characters is sometimes a bit too short.

App is too inconvenient and tedious to use. It's easier and less time consuming for me to use a free-form note taking app instead. Also the privacy agreement and TOS is way too much in their favor. Now after this app has my email I've received an email from another company to keep track of my health history. We are each a set of data points to be exploited for maximum profit.

I've had monitor on since 12/10, come off today. Other than the intense itching from adhesive no other issues or discomforts. Forgot first couple times to push button but after that I did capture a couple occurrences that only lasted seconds. Last time I wore a halter monitor the machine could clip to your jeans or put in pocket but you had wires/leads attached to your body in several places instead of just once so this unit much more comfortable. Thank you! Margaret A Durso

Mix of Love, sprinkle of frustration - SO EASY to input your symptoms without having to fully open the app and if when typing your activities, you make a mistake you can click where to edit instead of having to start over. FRUSTRATING when inputting a symptom, if app closes (call, text, switch apps), you CAN'T resume/save a draft!! Need to allow MORE characters in describing activities/symptoms? Integrate a timeline/log of Button Pushes to allow user to log later when not by phone (ie, driving)

Monitor is uncomfortable, sticky and bulky. Even though it's small, it's still uncomfortable. When you press the button at different times of day or night and you've explained why you're pressing the button., so I feel like you shouldn't need to explain again or over and over.

strict limits to 50 event logs and 100 characters to describe activities/symptoms unnecessarily hamstring an otherwise great app. it isn't the 80s anymore. there's no reason to have such tight data limits on something nuanced like a patient's cardiac symptom tracking. due to no communication from the app about if it recognized the button press, i often wasted half my character limit on meta notes about estimations of when i pressed the button in relation to when my symptoms happened.

Easy app to use, although this is the 1st like this I've ever had to use. I wish it would give a little more characters to use when giving the description of what you were doing but more so, after logging a symptom it ALWAYS gives you a paragraph long notice, "if you need medical help, this app can't help you, you need to call 911" etc & you have to clear it out

I love the contend of being able to log symptoms in my phone versus trying to keep up with a paper log! I'm on day 2 & so far there has been no glitches with any of the equipment! So far I am very satisfied with the app , the monitor & the log box!

The app is a great replacement for pen and paper but is missing one vital feature. The app does not link to the heart monitor, button presses on the device do not generate log entries in the app. This could easily be accomplished with a BLE connection. The button presses should initiate a log entry in the app and the app should use notifications to remind the user to finish the generated log entries. Without this integration the times you enter in the app will not coincide with button presses.

So much easier then carrying a booklet around to log my symptoms! This App has been great, very easy to use. The customer support has been amazing, super quick response to the two emails I've sent. They fixed my total day count right after I sent the first email regarding that, and answered my questions perfectly in my second email. I absolutely recommend downloading this if you are wearing the Zio patch! Good luck!

The app itself works fine, but I wore the Zio patch because I was having intense heart problems after I'd had covid (LONG after. It's been about two years and I'm still having some issues) Pressed my button 90+ times over arrhythmia, intense chest pain, left arm numbness, and fainting spells. Apparently, despite that, there were "no unusual results aside from mildly elevated heart rate" Not an accurate device at all and I was unable to be treated because of it. 3 heart attacks and a stroke.

It's great that there's an option to log your symptoms without having to write, especially when you're someone who struggles with writing like I do. The problem comes when you don't have your phone with you, and you want to log your symptoms, and you see that you press the button but when you press on the message, it only gives you the time, but doesn't give you the option to log a symptom on that time so you have to go back and forth to make sure that you're logging the time and date accurately

This is a pretty dumb interface for a dumb device. The whole concept is flawed; something on your body for two weeks which then takes another two weeks to read. If there is a problem it is too late! The info one records is vague, and the options weak. I think this device is more a panacea than real.

Very good app The one improvement I suggest is when I check 'other' symptom that it automatically inserts that identical symptom the next time in the ' other category.' . Instead, it should add that symptomvautomatically into the main set of symptoms and leave 'other' category blank for patient to add a poo ible new symptom and not skew results by defaulting to previous symptom listed as other.

No problems here! This app is wonderful! I haven't had any issues at all..not with creating my account, logging in, or documenting my symptoms. Saves me a ton of time, and I can document the episode as it happens, not after while I'm looking for the booklet. I give it five stars!

Excellent directions and log book design. Well thought out system. So far no issues with adhesive. Previous monitor from hospital would not stay stuck to chest.

I was able to log incidents with my heart monitor as they occurred. I found it difficult to wade through the app just to log the incident. Not enough characters allowed to explain. Other Symptoms not shown. The journal area is not easy to work with. Feels to clinical.

App is very easy to use and logging entries is quick and efficient. Much better than trying to carry around the log book to keep track of symptoms etc. Absolutely recommend using the app even for those that don't consider themselves very tech savvy.

You would think that the app and your monitor would bluetooth so you could scroll back in time to comment on what you felt. No it allows you to set timeframes of when to look but you have no clue if it is even seeing what you felt. Very disappointed in that I couldn't see it.

I'm halfway through the 14 days of wearing the Zio heart monitor. This app is easy to use and a much better way to log the irregular beats that happen. Besides, the booklet doesn't enough pages to record the many events that happen. This app is the way to go!

software is great, has a few minor bugs not sure how it got past QA. But the hardware associated with the software is NOT up to par. The device has poor adhesive and easily fall off.

I'm not sure why this has so many bad reviews. I've had zero issues logging my activities, and I've been doing it at least 15 times a day. There is one bug around using the 'other' option - you need to delete all the text in it to get it to uncheck, but not a huge deal.

App keeps crashing, ive uninstalled and reinstalled twice in 2 days. Customer service over the phone is awesome, and ot seems like app does keep previous records, but really annoying when you need this to track whats going on with ypur heart

I'm not being able to log symptoms. I'm told I've returned the patch, I have only had it on 2days. I still have it on but not none of the times I push the button it won't accept it!! it's showing the last time, years ago and won't accept this time

Technology has improved 100%. This device is so improved over the previous devices. No wires,no leads coming off. Able to log symptoms using the app.
