this app is a joke.i cannot access my account.i have been to their offices several times changing my passwords but still cannot login to but topup.this was not an upgrade its something else.please fix this mess you will lose clients i tell you.rating is zero minus.note its not even worth a star
The worst creature ever created. I've downloaded it the third since its inception, but never one time have I ever accessed it. It always gives me an error message
Since the update, l cannot log into the app. The network seems to be getting slower by the day. The standards have really gone down!
Not even worth 1 star at the moment it's so frustrating I'm failing to access services ever since the so called upgrade even went to the offices was told will be fine in an hour but still up to now nothing it's a huge inconvenience indeed please do something about this
Worst ever App. Can't login even after resetting. This started after the upgrade and transition from ZOL to this.
App is not opening. Failing to buy top up even if when connected to WIFI. It is always registering error.
This app is really frustrating, a total disappointment.....Wish we could get the old one back, this one is just writting "no internet connection"
This app has a serious downside to it ...it has been displaying an error message to check network connectivity even if i have my data bundles, the Zol app was better!
My Zol app was much better than this one to be honest 🌚 I can't even log into my account to do top up payments ...... DISAPPOINTED!

It's not even loading. It's just saying there was an error please check your connection yet I have tried opening it on both wifi and data but it's all in vain. Please fix your mobile app!!!
Ever since the recent update, zol app isnt working keeps displaying error in connection regardless of the connectivity wifi or data. Can you please look into this.
You can't even check your usage history which makes us wonder if we are using all our data.They should fix that.Its now months without the function working now they have upgraded to a new look app which means they can fix it.

Usage History not working on latest app.
Kindly make it easier for users to change coordinates or better still you guys just allow you lte lines to be city universal. Having to go to your offices each time I travel is frustrating!!

Works well and efficiently for me. Only problem these days it nolonger shows data usage history. If they could fix that it would be great. Network challenges here and there but compared to other service providers you are on top of my list.
