You will require a compatible MyZone control system, such as the MyZone3, to be installed operational and configured to enable the MyZone app to function correctly.

Used to be great. Now it is useless! App has stopped working. It tells me the unit is off and all zones closed. Unit is actually on and some zones are open. Make changes in the app and it says 'updated', nothing happens in the main system. Can no longer remotely control our system - not great! 😡
This app has major issues, for the money you spend on myzone to then have an app this poor is disappointing, whilst in the app within zones or ac unit the app continually reloads flickers to the point it's unuseable because you cannot click to change anything, very poor. Everybody do a quick google search for issues on this program/product before purchase to see if they have fixed issues
It’s time for an update. Landscape setting need to be revised so all data is shown on the screen (I use this on my car headunit), the Botton information is cut off. The data refresh rate needs to be changed allowing instant change. Please update as it needs one!
This app is HOT TRASH; I regret upgrading to myzone3. GOOD LUCK connecting via 4g. Local weather reports and forecasts dropped out and will not reset. You want to have the myzone3 app talk to ifttt or Google? Or have the system make intelligent decisions based on outside temperature? IMPOSSIBLE. This works no better than a simple OEM remote. None of the features I bought into this ecosystem for work. App not updated since Oct 19, clearly they have no interest in bug fixes or development. AVOID!
App works perfectly fine on iOS, but on Google phone it takes minutes to initialise (if at all) and then will only adjust temp in whole degrees. iOS allows half-degree adjustment.
This app just does on work properly on my samsung. There is no point in having an app when I cant use the system remotely! Doesnt turn on or constantly flickers!
Hi, I noticed that a lot of your other apps have Google home integration and was wondering if you could add it to myzone3. Besides that, app is fine.

The app does not work remotely with our AC unit. The until and the app both have internet. A technician set it up and double check led everything was set up correctly (which it was) The app only works on the premises? All permissions etc have been granted for app and still does not work if we are not in the house. Really weird. Have tried 3 different devices. Maybe an android thing maybe? But either way really poor experience..........
