MZ Mobile Data Switch

Does what it says. Switches you over to your settings for data where you can see how much data usage you have internet on or off. It would be nice if it showed the status of the data whether it was on or off.

It's the best switch. It goes direct to where mobile data is.

For some insane reason, certain versions of Android on certain devices refuse to have the mobile data toggle in the options pull-down, forcing you to take several steps into your settings menu every time you want to turn mobile data on or off. This app goes a long way toward mitigating that by shortening the process into two steps. Still not perfect but a massive improvement.

This is great! It's the 3rd app I've tried. It's compatible with my s8. It's amazing! The switch icon shows up on my homescreen and i just have to click it once and it brings me directly to my data on/off screen! I love it! Thank you! I'm constantly turning my data on and off so I was very disappointed when cdn Samsung's removed the data switch from the drop down toggle. This completely fixes that! Thank you!

makes it super fast to shut off my data that seems to just go on by itself after I shut it off which drives me crazy. This app is simple you click on it it goes right to my data I click that and it's all done. I don't see any ads which is nice and I don't see Norton saying anything bad about it. It does not drain the battery or use data that I can see so far. A + I tried five other ones and they were just a pain and they drained my battery and tons of ads and worse nothing. Thank you

Exactly what I was looking for. There were situations when I have to quickly turn On or Off the Mobile Data, to do this I have to push 3-4 buttons to get to the Mobile Data page (this happened after update to the latest Android version). Now with one click of a button I am at the mobile Data page. Thank you for a great job, well done!

I give 4 stars because the app is quite responsive when I use it hopefully it continues cooperating. I wouldn't mind upgrades to prevent less bugs, lags and become more stable and even more responsive if possible and it has no problems yet. It would be nicer if it was built in for almost any new Samsung versions, android, instead of this opening up the settings way for data, I wish less pop ups with asking to buy pro.

Perfect! Takes me to Android Data Setting screen where I can tap the Data slider, and see/adjust other Data Settings. For device security, Android itself limits apps' direct on/off access of Data Settings - this is as streamlined as it gets! Big thumbs-up! Came back to edit this review now that a recent phone update added this feature to the native OS. Thanks to the developers for the great app served me well for 2 years.

Was great before the update, now as soon as I open the app it just closes straight away

So far exactly as described. Click to open.. One button turns wifi or data on/ off. Working great on Samsung A03. Thanks for the ease of mind. Lol

Mostly works on 12. It isn't an on off switch, but it brings up Android wifi/data switch. NOT THE SETTINGS MENU, much better.

This is not a widget, this is just a shortcut to the internet connectivity settings for wifi and mobile data. I'm using Android 12

Does what it says. Install it. Click on the app and it takes you to the Data usage screen where you can turn the Data on or off. Obviously I miss the days when I could install a widget and toggle the Data on or off right there but this is the next best thing.

Only one works somewhat w ConsCellular. Opens Data on/off in settings, for user to turn on or off; Was seeking a switch alone to turn data on or off, similar to Wi-Fi on/off widget. Still is better than going thru settings all the time. Ver. 5.1.1

Works great with my Samsung. It takes me to the exact page that has the data switch. Without the app, would be about 3 or 4 steps in! It would be cumbersome to manage turning off my data network without this!

Pretty good shortcut to your mobile data settings and the on/off switch. But that's all it is, a shortcut. Was hoping to find a widget that's as simple as a tap to turn data on/off. It works well though.

It works on Oreo 8, but the screaming GIVE ME 5-STARS was a bit much and over the top. But no longer needed as I found out how to restore the mobile DATA switch widget for Samsung phones running Oreo or higher. Search for youtube video, "How to Restore Mobile Data Toggle on Galaxy S8/S9/S10 & Note 8/9 | Works with OneUI | READ DESC", and follow the simple instructions. A Windows PC is required.

My phone recently lost the data toggle due to switching from sprint to tmoble sim cards. This app does the job of creating a shortcut through the settings where you can toggle it on and off. Great job, just what I needed!!!

All this does is open the settings screen -- something that's built in to recent versions of Android. Simply choose the "Settings" widget and select "Mobile Data" (or the equivalent). What I want is a no-questions-asked toggle button on the home screen.

Does what it says on the tin. A very simple, yet effective Data on and off switch. No bells or whistles, and even better, hardly any pop up annoying ads to contend with. Well done to the Developer! 👍

Is a good app. It helps you connect to data fast & easy only is not found on the status bar(tools bar) only in icons but all the same is better. I no longer go through settings, data usage......etc before connecting. Bravo

Hi There. Thank you for this app! Just great. On my new Motorola one vision in Android 9 the data switch was a bit buried. Now in Android 10 is seems to be gone. Your fix seems to work perfectly and simply. Cheers!

Similar to others feedback for this app- 2 touches takes you to ON/OFF. Sure beats the loooong road traveling thru the settings! I think its BS that Android doesn't already have this as a quick launch on the side bar for my S9. Anyway, thumbs up on this app

Maybe I got it wrong but this isn't any quicker to do than going into settings. I thought it was an on/off toggle widget. It's not 'one click'; it's a click to get to the settings, the find the data to turn in or off. Or did I get it wrong?

Did exactly what it says it does. It even discerns between WIFI and mobile data from your carrier. Nice. Ill buy the pro version if I can access it. But yea. Good app. No problems 😊. Yet.

good. but would be better if it turns on data with a single click. Rather it takes you to the data usage setting page and then turn on data by user.
