N-Com
The N-Com App is the exclusive application developed by the Nolan Group that allows you to control and configure the N-Com intercom system for motorbike helmets from your Android Smartphone.
The N-Com App can be used as a Bluetooth wireless keypad to give all intercom commands in a simple and user-friendly manner, from the Smartphone display, even while riding your motorbike.
Moreover, you will be able to configure the N-Com system wherever you are, according to your needs: presetting your favourite radio stations, adjusting the audio settings, managing the connected Bluetooth devices and all other functions which, until now, could only be done from a PC.---------------------------------------------------
The N-Com App is easy to use since the different functions are subdivided into 6 menus.

Extremely bad product. I have two helmets with B3 that cannot be connected to each other by intercom. The radio does not turn off. disgusting software. I do not recommend it to anyone
Poor App was good, but now just keeps crashing when trying to connect. Edit; latest update 25/10/19, appears to have resolved the issues.
The issue that is being encountered is due to BT permissions and Andriod10. With default build of Sasumg S9+ running Android10 this application does not have the updated security to match. Functions fine on my older S5LTE or S4. Please correct this build.
I can get phone calls so it must be paired but this app wont open and tells me no paired device found. I mean this is just garbage.
Useless , Device paired and recognised on my G5, however the app can't find the BX5 headset... In the PC wizard app the Vox setting options appear to have disappeared as well... USELESS
Stuck on the first page. Asks for my accohnt email and then just force-shutdowns. The PC app works fine but this one's a disgrace.
Today 10May21, I opened up the Play Store and checked on N-Com Wizard. I followed up the direction from Nolangroup s.p.a. but not including the N-Com system firmware update since I checked in Nolan site there's no more update for B5L. Turned out everything work fine again now. Thank you Nolangroup s.p.a. for your attention & repky on the case.
a joke, can't register because of a product code. The app hangs, the websites are painful. Not intuitive
App 100% unusable: forced online account creation that does not work. Unsecure site to add to the insult. And you can't do anything with the app wo. login. And my 2 cents is that the whole login w. online account has zero benefit to the user anyway, just marketing junk w. privacy concerns... Reported this as harmfull app, which it at it's current state really is. Nolan, fix your service.
stupid app i can't register, who need to register these days?!? do something modern easy to use and universal for all devices. ( in my dreams if the IT team care)
App won't let me register saying my email is not the same as the email used for N com. It is brand new never registered before.....useless.
N-Com wizard is the best app i have ever used. It's an important application, everybody must have it.

I have the latest update, however when I have my Garmin Zumo and my Samsung S7 Edge paired the music from my phone is erratic with breaks in playing, if I disconnect the Garmin the music plays okay, app works as it should, just the irritating music issue when they are both connected, I should add that I've been trying to sort this issue out for one year now and I'm now gone back to using my other helmet with the Sena system.
Got new Headset for Christmas 2017, Installed this app as per the manual. I keep trying and checking updates on Nolan website still not working. So gone backward with the headset I know it works.
Crashes every time I try call from the app, EVERY TIME!

Why do I need to register to use the app??? There is no possible reason to share my private data with you simply to manage a headset I already paid a ton of money for! Uninstall. Thanks for nothing.

Easy to use
Not working with galaxy s7, music drops at erratic reproduction, app doesn't recognize the B5 system as paired so don't start control it.. Quality sound connected with ipod is poor, from a big renamed company I was expecting much more. Hope you NOLAN guys take control about this soon.
Worked fine when first used. After update ncom wizard closes when I try to access settings. It will not connect to my passenger with the identical set up and is therefore effectively useless. Unless resolved i could not recommend n-com software or nolan communication devices to anyone.
