I got the camera & I can enter.. but the site on pc yuniysis does not give any options like sound output ,play back of saved video files on the hdd. Nothing.. please I need any1 who I can talk with to ask about these stuff.. & I will change my rating
I don't know what happened in have Internet and I can not log in from my galaxy s7. I tried everything and keep saying offline. Please fix this problem asap. Will be appreciated. Please fit play back it's going by second and freeze. It is important to play back. The problem playing my cameras back still not fix. It playing very low motions by second. To play one minute video you have to wait hours and backing play go by hours only if you want to see 6:30 need to start playing since 6:00 you have to wait the whole days to view one minute video. Fix the app please will be good appreciate
Needs sorting. Can't log on for many hours every day from my local time of 11.30am until maybe 8pm. This issue is so bad, does anyone know an alternative App that will work with the hardware system this app came with? Also I don't like the way they changed the number of cameras to be selected and displayed in the last update.
I see some here including myself had this problem "Device offline". Here is something that worked for me. Right click on your mouse on your DVR and select Main Menu then Network. Click on the DHCP box. Then click App. Click OK. Click again on Network and you should have a new IP address. Now try the N_eye app again and hopefully it works.
Not sure what's happening but I can no longer view my CCTV remotely when using 4G/LTE. But if I connect to my wifi where my DVR is also connected, it works. The error message I get is "devis is offline". Kindly requesting for some assistance.
It worked great before the update. Now it won't support playback. Live feeds still work fine. The login is also an unnecessary annoyance. Lastly the app keeps changing port from "5000" to "500" so i have to edit settings every time i login. Kill the login, fix port issue and playback and you've got a good app.
This app couldn't possibly be any worse. I'm lucky if the cameras ever show up on the screens. I can hardly ever look back at my camera feed. Everything is the least amount of convenient as possible when it comes to layout. I've had the app for well over a year now. Absolutely would not recommend.
Good for when out and about. New update needs getting used to. Having trouble with email login. However don't need to login just double click ID at the bottom n your in. Miss the old feature of 4 screens at bottom and large selected one at top. Please bring that back.
I cant even get this thing to record stuff to a usb let alone the hard drive that it came with. Trash all the way
Another developer who managed to ruin a perfect functional app. Since the update, every time I exit the app the port changes automatically from 5000 (which I need for my phone) to 8000. Please fix this or give us the chance to roll back on the previous version. Thank you! When this problem will be solved I will reconsider my review.
Please add feature of auto connect if internet goes off for a movement. It will connect automatically thanks
The recorded Videofile stop after 1 or 2 seconds and show's only a freeze frame. After a while it show's Play finished. I have tested it on 3 different Devises. Before it works good. On my IPad it works fine. Does anybody know a good app that works fine with that CCTV System?
This app doesn't let you watch videos through 3G or away from the wi-fi network to which the dvr is connected. Please fix the bug. I can't watch the cameras away from home.
I can view remotely but the channel screen will go back without anything to show for playbacks. Timeline and all is available but nothing to show even stated "Connect success..."
something is wrong with the application .. 3 or 4 days ago leaving no longer connect via 4GLTE .. the only aplicasion says DEVICE OFFLINE.. please repair that things.. i have too much devices on my offices
For some reason everythime I go to check on the cameras it always says can't connect. This is not good if I can't see what's going on at my home when a neighbor calls saying something not right at home.
Fast Forward or selection using time line is not working. Request you to rectify this problem.
App worked great for about 2 weeks. Now it sometimes connects at home, and when I'm away from home it will only play a few seconds and then freezes. Never did this before? Does anyone know how to fix it!?? I was very pleased at first - now I'm mad! Also - any other app that works? All other p2p apps want a 20 character UID.
It was working great in the previous version. One screen was big and three other small and viewable in the mode and a easy swap between screens. Now its split in 4 small screens. Cant select and make it fullscreen
I have downloaded this app, and uninstalled it, over and over again, but I can't get it to work properly. I can only see 1 camera. This is driving me crazy! I have a Samsung S4. My wife has a Huawei and it works a treat on her phone. She can see all 4 cameras with hers! Why is this. Why can't I see 4 cameras? Everything else works perfectly, I just cannot see the other cameras! Please help. I would give this app 5 stars, only for this problem. Thanks. Tom.
Difficult to connect via the Web. Via Wi-Fi is OK, when you are at home. Server needs improvement
At first everything worked fine, today can't login and because of that have no access to my camera's. Please fix it, otherwise this app is useless.
It says login failed some times, made a new id and logged in successfully but after some time same login failed. Plz fix this
Got it to work in the end, turns out I couldn't access it P2P while my phone was on the same Lan, had to setup a separate IP connection for that
This is good app. But in remote record playback its not usefull. Please change it to something like the easy4ip app.

It doesn't work on the screen. If I am looking at CCTV camera installed at my place, I need the whole video running at my home screen, I want it.
Well I am currently using this app. This is good infact very good application. But the only thing I wanted u to bring with next update is that it should automatically change the channels in full screen after some seconds according to the user needs from cam1 to cam2 to cam3 depending on how may cameras are you using For me that is very important as I am using this app on my television. I jus hope itz gonna come in next update. Thank you, 😊
