Competitive prices on most items although mobile phone prices seem to have risen rather steeply by several hundred lira which is disappointing..Was about to purchase a Doogee phone at 999tl but suddenly the price rose to 1,380tl so i decided not to buy.. It would be so useful if you could advertise your items for sale in ENGLISH lanquage as well as Turkce.. I note several customers have requested you do this.. I am sure you would make more sales with foreign customers.

Terrible service. They don't tell you delivery dates. They don't inform you if products are out of stock. The site and app aren't updated. you could be buying something out of stock and you will not know untill 2-3 post purchase adding 3-4 days extra in case of refund request. Complete indifference to costumer inconvince.

Worst shopping website/app ever. I had two orders from them and I had problem with both of them. Sellers lists items they don't have, doesn't send your items within time limit they have. I don't recommend anyone to use this app. Please use other trustworthy websites and apps. Don't waste your money and time on this.

It's a really good app. The sellers are underpromising and over deliver so far. But only one issue , that each item of an prder is dealt with separately in terms of shipping fees . Hopefully , they enhance that later .

Good place for online shopping. But sometimes when we try to click one of pictures promotion which is showing up on main menu, it's always have trouble error and need to close the application option. Because of this i just give 4 star.

It's been a good experience for us. Easy to use. Translation of the app is very good for us as non proficient Turkish speakers. Communication is excellent. Delivery timely. A great one stop online shopping experience.

Good app. One issue though, I cant review the store ratings. the page loads up fine but then you cant scroll down to read the comments. The page keeps stuttering and takes you back to the top.

It is ok. Finding back your favorites is not intuitive. Adding it to the main menu could increase sales.

I absolutely love this app. The only time I didn't receive an item was when I bought from a person and not a certified vendor ( which is rare even in the app). My oy wish is that they add a translate function to the app if possible.

My purchase was marked complete without any delivery. I have no way of opening a case. I was told a case was opened via chat rep. Money now gone, I cant get a hold of their supposed "live support" anymore for some reason. $20 bucks lost = 1 star rating. No response from seller nor n11...

It was good app earlyer .. but now i guess it become too bad .. they dont allow you to send letter to scam sellers .. when ever you press on send .. they kick you out of the app and you have to sign in again ...you know they hade programed the app to do so .. it did not program it self .. bad way to deal with your buyers .. really shame on you .. and when you make online complain on the app they suddenly become frindly and trying to help .. what a shmuk way to deal with people !!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a tv month ago , i waited 6 days to it to be delivered after it was delivered it was week and light after we opened we heard a voice inside it then we were shocked knowing it hit the screen and broke it without us using the tv even we request a rechange after 3 days and till now we couldn't afford another one so we are waiting n11 isn't a good shopping app i don't recommend it at all

I started using this app 2 years ago, It's helpful and always up to date. You can find whatever you want with good price compared to another apps in Turkey.

The companies related to this programs aren't good and their products are really bad quality and you can not return it if you use it for one or two day to try it. As i did.

The reason I amgiving five star is because when you get as on the pitch bar you have to watch avideo to get it.
