This app is excellent in terms of contents and performance.
Difficult to progress comfortably. Not user friendly.
I general it is a good system. As I am quite Dyslexic, I find several sections far more difficult to use than others. N21 as a whole, they are great and always supportive. As for their phone staff ... they are always very friendly and helpful and have never made me feel incompetent or stupid, which does happen with some companies.
Monthly subscription is quite expensive and it doesn't even let you access all the videos :( Besides, the app itself looks very old fashioned. Of course the important thing is the content, but I would be nice to have a nicer UI and better usability considering how expensive the monthly subscription is...
Am relieved to see N21 adjust to the 21st century. Interface is not entirely user-friendly to begin with;once you take time to look around it isn't a problem. Shared audio:I don't entirely understand the reasoning behind having to re-redeem sharable audios every month? Or why only certain titles are sharable? Would like maybe a written note in-app to explain. Non-renewal:any subscription service keeps in-app bought items eg itunes or amazon prime. Here our investment becomes void. Please review
It's not allowing to open the app. Showing to update the app, but there is no provision to update. Uninstalled and installed also repeatedly, still it's not allowing. Disgusting.
Allow for pausing with earphones/headphones like most audio apps. This is so that can can quickly stop w/o having to reach for the phone. I'm using an Android 7 smartphone.
What is the urgency to update the app immediately when the update becomes available and without what there is no way to use it? Do you really discover every month some critical bugs that put my phone into huge risk? In that case, what should I think about your work quality in general? C'mon! Change the policy or take a long vacation.
Very bad for last 5 days. I am unable to open and Renew. Wrote to bsmcentral on mail but No Help has reached as yet. I m stunned. Can you help me ?
Happy to reduce the space physical CEP takes up and to move to more eco-friendly ways. Also finally getting with the times ☺ BUT please allow debit orders for the 16th! Not fixed to the 1st!! I only get paid by Amway on the 15th!! It does not make sense to have no control
After last update on end of may 2019, everytime myphone screen locked, the audio stop. It never happened prior last update. Administator asked me to non-actived the screen lock but this is not good idea for my mobile phone security. Could you give better solution?

It's really good but costly.... U need to buy pdt expense money and get train expense money.... It would have been as supplemeny with doing Amway buss... That's wud be great....
