The worst shopping app ever .I got the call from naaptol and told that you are the lucky customer and will get the discount for your order after ordering the men's round neck T shirt found that the quality of T shirts is very poor than you think and now no one is responding for the order return.Do not order anything from this platform . The worst customer care services I found ever..
I suggest to all who are thinking to purchase form this platform please Don't. It provides very poor quality of products which is available in the market at more cheaper price. Even when you return the product will not be getting any refund , rather they will ask you to purchase something else . And the customer care executives are just inexperienced and barbaric nature, who has no way to resolve you problems.
Worst customer care service ever experienced. Not even a service I'd say. I had ordered one of their products but they delivered some other product. The day it was delivered we called up their customer care service, they said they won't be able to change the product neither will they provide any refund. Its a humble request from each one of you reading this THEY ARE NO LESS THAN THEIVES. Don't buy anything from naaptol.
Please never buy from naaptol its a request.. I ordered floral double bedsheet 8 pcs, the quality of this product is worst and the length of bedsheet looks like single one😠 waste of money. I called customer service and told to take this product and refund, the took this product and gave voucher but till now they didn't refunded. Why these people are making fools to customers. If we are paying then they should give the best or else they should return the money.
I brought 2 to 3 products from naaptol all of then stopped working after one month of use. Sending useless products.. and once I ordered a men gold chain watch combo but they sent me child helicopter and got 999 rs . I contacted the customer service but not responded it's been a month I can't even exchange it or ask a refund for it. Bad customer support. And useless products
I would like to give 0 star if possible. Worst and pathetic experience. I Received damaged product. I called customer service for refund but they are not willing to refund my money. They told that they will give gift voucher to which again I need to pay extra money. Dont buy products from naaptol. Waste of money and poor quality products.

Naptool is worst shopping platform. If product has defect, they will neither take back product and refund our money nor they will replace it with a good product. Once they deliver the product, they play with customer in their own way. Never buy anything here. Worst experience.

Worst portal ever... Worst customer support ... I ordered some product but I received wrong product. I asked for refund. They took 5 days to pickup the product and generate the vouchers. they didn't send me the voucher ID till now. Worst service. Never go for this site.
I have purchased sprayer after viewing TV advertisement. On receipt it is found the product is damaged one and the material quality is worst. Complaint has been registered and after 5 days they have sent replacement. I tried to use this product and experienced very badly. I request the public not to purchase any product from Naaptol and don't waste your money.

Firstly naaptol told me that they will issue me a voucher as the product was damaged, bug now the customer executive is saying that voucher can only be used only after i purchased a product of more than 1000rs that means i have to spend more rupees for a worst quality product.... And she talked with me so rudely i can't explain..... Google should take an appropriate action to remove such scams from play store

Cheap quality, high cost, .... In case of return, they take the product back, but don't give a simple rupee. And they just say, "we have sent voucher already".... Please don't use, even don't install this app ... Please don't allow them to earn even from downloads.....

I ordered a product which is totally worst in quality so requested for refund .They told me fill your voucher no by login our website to get refund but I didn't get any voucher no from their side . some other person told me to send screenshot on WhatsApp no. You'll get the refund confirmation but again I don't get any voucher so I called again a girl pick the call and said (subah se 4 bar toh refund krvaliya)She is so rude $ has no sense at all instead of attending my query she cut the call.
This is the worst online portal and they all are fraud and cheaters. I have ordered omron massager . At the time of order they told that if you place request within 48 hrs we will take return . I don't know why the hell the customer service guys are over there. Just to send automated messages. They won't solve queries at first! Solution is far far away from them. I was stuck with the voucher id from past 3 months there is no one who could solve the problem. I don't know where the senior executives will be they can't even transfer call to senior.But can arrange call from senior in 48 hours.That also automated calls.very very bad experience from naaptol. Hello Friends, Never order anything from naptol. Avoid shouting spokespersons on TV. I took a chance on it but what I feared was the same bitter experience. I unfortunately ordered one item on it and got totally different and worst items. So never order any thing on naptol. Be cautious.... 👎
Worst experience for purchasing mask. After complaint also costomer care person didn't want to replace or money return. He showing only quantity of product not for quality. All products having defective item that's Y they selling on cheap price.

I have purchased mosquito lamp during November this year. The function is very bad. It can only be used as a bed lamp not as s mosquito expeller. Kindly arrange refund as early as possible.

Worst Customer Service Casserole product could not keep food warm even for 1 hour, and naaptol promised 4-5 hours. So returned product, still no cashback voucher received since8 days, which was supposed to get in 48 hours. Called customer services, did not help and hung up call.Asked to wait for 24 hours more. Naaptol is looting people in name of cash vouchers. They complete return process without any delay, but for our hard earned refund money, they don't even bother to help.Ban Naaptol.
