Very useful easy to navigate great security simply yet detailed banking app! Always someone ready to answer questions if needed! Small Businesses would really benefit not only from this app but from connecting with NAB as their bank of choice, especially if starting out. I've been with the one bank for 22 years and have not received as much attention and support as I have from NAB in only 3 months. I'm truly happy customer.
If it wasn't for the battery issue it would be great. If I don't force stop the app every time I use it, I get a high drain alert from my phone: using a Samsung Galaxy Note 8. It's long overdue that this was fixed. Battery and cpu issue still exists. Clearly NAB are better at ripping off their customers than addressing what should be a relatively easy fix for someone in IT. Update: battery issue fixed. Hooray!
Constantly glitches, repeatedly requires resetting my password, blocks biometrics etc, for no apparent reason. Even when resetting passwords I repeatedly get "error" messages. It's painful at best. All my other apps/biometrics work fine, repeatedly update app as requested by NAB "help" and these issues still occur with frequency.
Haven't been able to use the app for over 3 weeks. Get told that there's no problem on their end, and to uninstall and redownload to end up with the exact same problem. Can't use the internet browser site because it just crashes halfway through everything. Will definitely be switching banks....
App has worked perfectly with no issues. Installed it on my new phone and cannot enable the phone to make payments. I end up in a loop between the app wanting authentication to enable payments and being logged out immediately after due to a "security" issue.
Works well but the constant notifications to log into the ap to ensure security using nabpay is getting annoying. Customer service has not been of much help, bug in ap. Update: Ap still sending annoying notifications to log in every few days. Obviously never going to get fixed so downgraded the rating
All the graphical flicking around is unnecessary, distracting and harder to work with when doing a transfer. Whoever coded that needs to give up and go write video games. This is a banking app! Keep it simple, stupid!
This is a good banking app with handy features to make life easier. - Check cashing function for those rebates checks that come maybe once per year. - Budgeting to help set up some basic money management. I personally use a different app but its good that NAB have made something part of the app.
Great app espically the realtime updating of accounts when withdraws and deposits are done. The only negative thing (which may be a bug on my phone) is the double login everytime I want to use the app.
App works fine, but I am getting duplicate notifications for transactions in my notifications list. It makes it look like I have paid for the same thing twice! Please fix.
Upgraded phone to Android 12 and I can no longer log in using the app. Have uninstalled and re installed but I get a message that something went wrong when trying to log in. I can log in via the web on the phone ok.
Prompted to update the app, so I did and now I can't use the app at all. Every time I open the app I get 'oops that didn't work! Try again soon!'. Well I've tried again multiple times throughout the day and uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times. Nothing.
Enabling outbound payments on mobile requires a authentification code that you receive from sms. Leaving to retrieve the code from sms closes the app which then requires you to log back in but then asks for a new code. You cant grab the code without leaving the app. NAB with their billions in profit a year have created a perfect derp loop. Kentz.
I have been using this app for a while and just recently it is asking me to install an update and it won't let me update the app. I tried opening nab on a browser on the internet and all it said was 'access denied'. Please sort this issue out.
This app worked well for me until about a week ago. Now when trying to log in I get a message that says ”Unable to use NAB mobile banking. Please contact us.” So I did and NAB says everything is ok on their end. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, clearing the cache, updating the operating system, and even tried the app on a new phone but the app still isn't working.
The team and developers of this app desperately need to make an Update There are improvements that desperately need to be made NAB banking application is definitely well and truly behind the bar when it comes to other banking applications (1)needs to be a weekly budget review My weekly spending And the time and date of purchases and payments need to be displayed on each payment and purchase There should be an in-depth description of every transaction And payment These are basic standards
The app itself works well, except that I work overseas, and the minute I leave Australia, the app crashes as soon as you open it. I have deleted and reinstalled it multiple times. Then I step onto Australian soil and it works again. People need access to their internet banking even more overseas than they do at home.
This app has caused me nothing but grief every time i try to pay anyone it says it's detected unusually activities and blocks me out every time them i have to call bank wait on hold for over an hour they say its fixed but it keeps doing it not happy if there are a lot of us having the same problems then maybe the bank should be looking at this app as something is wrong with it
App not working for 3 weeks now I've called nab twice as well as go on the online chat, problem still not resolved, they say they will email their technical team and they will call me back but never do. I have done all the trouble shooting, uninstalled, re installed the app, cleared cache and app data and still can't log into the app Very frustrating as I rely on mobile banking. I have a new Android phone, software is all upto date. Am considering switching banks if not resolved soon
Broken and NAB don't care. I've spent hours trying to make it work. Been left too many times at a checkout unable to pay, as I use the apps paywave. Latest advice is uninstall and reinstall a new version but that's just more wasted time spent getting setup again. Including reauthorizing devices. I don't see how any enterprise would be okay wasting literally millions of hours collectively distributed over their customers. Instead of accepting that its broken and rolling back to a working version.
I can't believe you are getting rid of NAB Pay SOOOOO inconvenient and annoying!!!!! If I wanted to use a 3rd party I'd be using it already This. This has pushed me enough to move my business and personal accounts to a better bank.
I don't understand why you are getting rid of NAB PAY. It's a secure and handy way to pay for things at the cashier. The alternative apps are insecure and not trustworthy.
Great overall app but I cannot seem to make payments to anyone via the app. It's saying phone does not have permission. Perhaps it's also an app issue?
The purpose of an the app should be make is easier to login. If need to enter nab id and password everytime what's the point of app. Simplify the login process on the app please
Usually works great. Can't even get the app to work now. Just comes up with the NAB error "Whoops that didn't work." Try again in a minute
Sell outs....NAB PAY No longer available from 27 June 2022 Time to find another BANK. A total lack of respect for you're clientele. If i wanted to use a 3rd party app to make payments this would be fine. What ever happened to keeping banking information private (don't share your PIN) but share you account info with a non bank app. Maybe i should not have expected so much from NAB.
The app was fine until a few days ago, I can no longer make payments. I tried to enable 'payments' but it just logs me out and the issue happens again. I can make payments on my computer on the website, its just the payments feature is not working in the app on my phone. Been using it for years but with this issue its really annoying 😒
