Absolutely worthless. Tried two nabi devices among three different Android tablets. None were able to pair via Bluetooth. I'm glad I got these 60% off at Toys R Us because they're currently in the trash.
We got this at toysrus closing sale because my daughter likes barbie. I have an s9 and when I try to create an account it won't input letters or numbers. Wish I knew these issues before hand since I can't return it and pretty much a waste of money.
This product is an excellent idea for kids. However, the product nor the app work. I cannot pair either of the bracelets I just bought at the Toys R Us closing sale. My kids were excited to use it, but this company makes a worthless product. And, apparently the company could care less. I will be certain to call and contact customer service to let them know.
My boys were so disappointed. They were so excited to get the trackers and they will NOT sync. Downloaded on four different devices and had no luck with three different trackers. Bought the trackers at toys r us so we can't take them back. This was overall a really great idea but a very bad layout and follow through.
I have a note 8 and the app will not let me input any letters or words. I can not sign up or sign in. The app is required for the wrist bands, but I can make the app work. A waste of $40.
App does not work with Galaxy s8, galaxy s9, or LG V30. Makes these devices absolutely useless. The iOS app on iphone 6 DOES work. Just not Android phones I guess. Would not recommend unless the app for android gets fixed.
Extremely disappointed with this app. I'm also shocked that there have been no fixes/updates on this obviously very glitch filled app when they claim "Nabi cares."...do they even look at these reviews? I have called once already when we could not get the band to sync correctly after we bought it. They sent a new one. It connected...but this app is completely useless. Nothing shows up. It syncs...and no steps show. The sad thing is...this is such a great idea and WOULD get 5 stars, IF it actually worked!!

Can't get it to sync. Tried again today and now it says no network and my account is gone. Was suppose to be a great Christmas gift but looks more like a waste of time.
This app and device are crappy. Can't get it to sync even after trying a better phone. Won't sync to the system no matter which device is used.
Does not work on tablet or phone. So sad. Was looking forward to it. Waste of money

Unlike others, I was actually able to pair. The problem is that synced data is not properly displayed in app. For example, after sync pop-up will say you walked 120 steps, yet this does not show on the dashboard, leaderboard, or challenges. So, same conclusion here...basically worthless
Took serious effort to set up and pair. Counted steps for 3 weeks then it stopped (reinstalled and maybe working again). Tends to count high compared to other pedometers. App interface is pretty bad--touch targets are all misaligned. Tips: don't try using two wristbands on same phone. Don't have to press the button every time to sync, but get your phone close. I think you need a newer phone with Bluetooth 4.0LE. Editing users required going to website or using nabigator app.
Just like most reviews I couldn't get step one to work. I tried connecting via the app. No good. So I tried directly connecting the Bluetooth. My phone sees the Bluetooth connection, tries to pair... Unable. Incredibly disappointed
My daughter has the barbie one and the app doesn't bring the virtual pet! Otherwise, it paired just fine with the tab and S7
Couldn't get it to sync a week after we started using it. It's a terrible app.
Couldn't get the thing to pair with my device, I bought it for my daughter And I to have some fun. Now I'm returning it! Don't waste your time or money

Wish I could switch between profiles
This does work just read what it say to do dum dum and you have to use the other bracelet on another phone then say compete do y'all read now days and I'm only 12 and my grandma is 61 and we do it everyday and compare
I'm beyond irritated with this. I bought my son and his cousin nabi competes for Christmas and they won't pair with the phones. Customer service has yet to respond besides asking me if I set up a profile which I didn't say was the problem. Wish I'd read the reviews here first. What good is this if it won't pair to the phone?
Christmas gift like all the rest, doesn't connect to any phone in the house. Returning this garbage.
Absolutely agree with everyone else. can't connect to the devices. Tried it on two different devices. WASTE OF MONEY! Damn you Toys R Us.
