developer has ended all support. can't even log in on their website to delete account and billing information. terrible device to begin with (fisher price tablet), terrible software on it, and this awful app made any "education" it provided a joke
This app nolonger functions.
I'm not ABLE to use it, WHY
On the sign in screen I am able to enter my username and password but the submit button is off the screen and I am unable to logon. Just move the button to login up so we can click on it. I have been waiting for this since we bought our dreamtabs. Please fix this.
I downloaded this extremely excited about the possibilities. Excited that I could stay connected with my daughter while I worked, and she could chat with her father. It's great! With one exception: push notifications. My daughter waits for a response to her pictures and drawings, eager to hear from her loved ones, and gets nothing for hours because few people manually check apps for messages... it's not a hard fix... the fact that people have been concerned about it for years shows that it's just laziness or lack of desire on the side of the developers. You can charge $15 for a charging cable but you can't notify me when my child messages me through your app?
The new update makes the chat feature much better. My daughter send me a message and I get the message in seconds instead of minutes.
Can't get it to work. I have spent 2 hours getting my daughter's tablet set up and now trying to figure this junk out. Not very straight forward
I got the app mainly to be able to access the time control without having to be on the tablet itself. It's made to seem like you can access the time control from your phone. Nowhere on this app does it allow you to do that.
I love it i can send and receive chat and mail from my kids and it does have notification on it. My kids love it and it is safe i don't have to worry about my kids sending to someone outside of family or any stranger chatting with my kids.
For some reason i never get ANY notifications when my child sends me messages even though notifications are turned on. Obviously this causes me to have no idea when he's sent them until he tells me. Also pics taken & shared between us do not show up at all in the pics folder?? In regards to minor things, the settings interface could be better by making it clearer HOW or giving the option to update your user profile avatar & other things. Come on Nabi, you guys can do WAY better than this!
It's a good idea, but it didn't even work. I couldn't enter my password to access anything at all! It didn't even show me the enter button because it didn't fit my phone screen and wouldn't scroll down to it. #lame
This is working great for our family. My kids send me messages and pictures. I get notifications on my phone too but without a noise/chime. My youngest, who cannot spell just yet, uses the microphone to say what she wants to message/text. (I have an Android)
I dont like that there's no notifications when my child sends me a msg. It also doesnt give a date & time stamp.
Push notifications would make this a 5 star app. Would love to know when my child is chatting with me
I will not let me load the messages from my daughter everytime it say error 😡😡
There is no way to control the actual device from the application. It's useless.
I really like it, and my son likes it, but I wish I got push notifications when he sends me a chat message. I have to actually open the app to see notifications. Also, I don't like that I have to have an Internet connection to receive messages. I should be able to just use my phone signal like I do with all my other message apps.
Useless. Has not been updated in months, which seems fitting, as the NabiTablets haven't been updated for years.
guess i wont be able to send messages to my son , will not install to any of my devices. which stinks he was excited about sending messages to grandma too! love the concept just wish i could install it
Needs push notifications on both ends. At the nabi and on my app.. also would be good if they set up a secure way to email over regular email.
Unable to submit user name and password on the sign in screen. No submit button.
I read Mattel now owns Nabi. I hope with a little cash infusion, Nabi can now fix and make everything a little less cumbersome. It really is an excellent idea for kids using tablets!!!
Same problem as SOOOO many others. Trying to log in from my android cellular device, and it wont show me the 'sign in' button. Only email and password option. So I am literally unable to log in. Yet it indicated the app was compatible with my device, so....!!!!?!!......
I love the fact that I'm able to talk to my nephew from this app, but I can't log back in! I've uninstalled and reinstalled. Still can't. The button won't scroll up. Also need push notifications!

Why does the app constantly tell me its unable to connect to the server?? And my kids tablets are telling me the same thing. I need to do forgot password on their tablets to get into Mommy mode and it tells me the same thing. Why cant it connect????
