I wonder why the app doesn't have email option. Since I live outside the country I should have access via email to set up an online account. The app asks mobile number and password . Can you guys look into this issue and let us do transaction abroad without any hassles?Thanks .
It takes forever to load money into the wallet. The interface is meh, and the number of service providers available is inadequate. There are still a lot of things to improve; hopefully, they will bring an update soon.
App has bug while using in s22 ultra. Have sent the detail on fb page of nabil as well as f1 soft facebook. Most of banking is having issue.
Worst app... Need to work on this.. Vary bad.. digi bank should be improve.. While filling forms it shows option and not selectes you need to type. When you upload documents it get back to home page or not clicking on upload file... I don't get this
Im having trouble with scaning qr from gallery. I have qr in my gallery but its not being displayed in the app.
I can't load money into my digital wallet,and i can't send money to other's account either. I've been complaining about this problem for a week now,but they haven't fixed yet. Ps: Extremely disappointed with the service.
Forgot my password and changed it. But I couldn't login after that and now it's blocked due to too many unsuccessful attempts.
Why nabil smartbank app lags like hell in my device? Menus are choppy, user experience is not good enough. This app is similar to NIC asia banking app, but use wise nic app is way more smoother and feels bugless. Please fix this laginess issue otherwise app ia good. Will change to 4 ⭐ then.
To be honest I'm very much grateful to use NabilSmart. Everything is good. Probably the best mobile banking application i have ever used. A very reliable banking app. It is one of the best platform for payment like phone bills, topup, electricity and many more. All accounts are very nicely integrated. Login system upgrades sets you free to remember and input the password every time.
Very very poor user interface.Hard to read options menu due to same text and background colour..
Definitely needs UI update. Light font color on light background makes it really difficult to see the text. I did not now there was account info share button because the icons are also white on a white background.

Very user-friendly, easy to understand and move over. But the problem is with setting up finger print. Everytime I try to setup the finger print in my phone, it closes automatically, the update should be compatible with Android 10/+ version... Other functionality is good..
Bakwas app, needs immediate update, does not comply with system dark mode, app is slow, worst UI. Do something CG!
After the new update I couldn't set transaction biometric nor I can't transact even with manual pin. Reinstalled app many times cleared cache re set up phone biometrics but all in vain. Used to do transaction with biometrics in the same phone 1+6 ver 10. Felt very helpless over the payment. Thanks to the F1 Soft Team to rectify and resolve the issue.
Why is this app so trash? I can't get log in to my new phone. The app always shows 'Unauthorized request' when trying to activate service. The customer service still got no answer to why it behaves in that way. I guess I'll just stick to using connectIPS app which is much more optimized and easy for the users.
worse service provider, Didn't expect this kind of carelessness from one of the top banks of Nepal. Really disappointed. I'm facing issues with mobile banking and Nabil smart app for almost a month which I had already complain to your office. Also, When I transfer money to a different account from Nabil smart app, the transaction got rejected but then I still found that amount got deducted from my account and I wasn't sure whether the money was transferred to another account or not. Because the alert message service is also having issues, messages will not be received right after transactions. so in all worse service provider.
The app crashes everytime i try to make transaction. Amidst the pandemic, this app has added more difficulty than ease. It asks for fingerprint but the app closes everytime. Havent been able to make transactions . Its getting really annoying.It the worst mobile banking of Nepal.
Cannot login to the app which I have been using for so long. In the same mobile it displays "unauthorized access" and ask to reset device. When try to reset device with mobile no, login password and transaction password; the APP CRASHES after inputting the provided OTP !!!!!. Also I am facing same issue with f1soft app for another bank in the same device.
My balance is displayed as N/A. I tried to file a complain using my email but there was an error message saying my email is invalid. The system surely needs to fix these bug asap as this may freak out any customer. Thank you.
Its taking eternity to login since the latest update. Now I am unable to see my account details with ERROR message.
"New year" new updated UI needs to be more polished. It is no way intuitive and pls go for material design because the current one doesn't look so. The texture on the card stuff could have been way cleaner and better.
It's takes so long to login and sometimes it fails to login. Today I tried to load some money to my Esewa account, and it was shown that it is transfered but I wasn't. Don't know this app is lagging and slow. It wasn't like this before the last update
When i try to send money it says transaction failed. Literally all the time. And i keep trying the process it still says faild. But at the end it deducts the money the times i tried to do the transaction. Its very bad. You need to check this disfunction. Hope you will reply..
I cant login. Stuck at "requesting......" popup. It then shows that error.
I cudnt open this app through my mobile.why? Before it used to open but since sometime it only shows your device is not authorize to proceed.why??
Mobile banking service activation login has been a hassle. Feedback for the developers, maybe frequently test and update the platform.
TOO BAD I have used many banking apps among them It is the worst it takes ages to do payments , doesn't show receipt, I Sent money to my esewa from this app but it took too much time for that transaction. What's the point of having mobile banking if the payment takes more time than going to the atm and withdrawing money and paying with cash??
The interface is the worst, the available balance and other could not be visible. Please do improve the interface.
