The app disconnects all the time and overall is just not a pleasant experience to work with it. Some parts of the watch are not at all well thought and are easily damaged. One of the pins on the strap broke on the third time I wore it. The screws on the back panel are just the worst. When you take them out to change the battery after you screw them back in they barely hold anything.
NABU WATCH TROUBLESHOOT 1. if there is no bluetooth icon on the top right of the watch screen then hold adjust (if right hand mode) and then go to BT ON/OFF. 2. If it detects but doesn't sync after pin then try connecting from the bluetooth settings instead of the app. (you might have to enter the pin correct once before trying bluetooth settings)
The app will not log me on. I have a Samsung S8+ with Android 8.0.0 operating system, and it still doesn't work. What a complete waste of money. So essentially I have a five day old black watch with a dim digital time display. I can't connect it to my phone to use ANY of the features. The app says "No User Data Found!" when I try to sign in.....rendering the watch 100% completely useless. **Update** - After registering it for a 4th time under a completely different email/log-in/registration, it finally accepted and logged me into the app. So 3 stars for now, and I'll see if it keeps working.
Got the Razer Nabu watch for Xmas, love the watch it's just what I expect from a well established brand like Razer. The Nabu app however is a completely different story, it seems to suffer from little bugs and glitches that a simply app update would solve, not having had an update since March 2017 means that the app is effectively useless. Constant disconnects from the watch means you have to keep reconnecting it and setting it up again sometimes up to 5 times a day so far.
Please update it to support 8.1. It crashes everytime an incoming call comes and it stops sending notification to the watch. I had to restart the phone to make it work again.
This app works perfect on my LG G6. Android O.S. Actually very impressed with the Razer Nabu Forged edition watch and this app. No issues at all. The bluetooth set up on the app was easy to do. Sync'd easily to my phone. When i receive a phone text message, there is a slight vibration on the watch and I just raise arm to read text message on the watch. Why all the negativity with many reviews about this app? Me thinks a whole lot of lying going on or something. I am very pleased with this app!
I had 9,872 steps at 3 today and then I just went to sink the last 3 hours of my day; somehow I have less than half that? This app is glitchy and kind of useless and if I hadn't gotten this for band for free, I would return this thing in a heartbeat.
I have had the watch for a week and already experiencing problems. the first week it worked like a dream but now it refuses to sync. I have restarted my phone a million times still the same results.
I'm giving 2 stars because it use to work. But it is overpriced and has limited functions overall. This may be the 'straw on the camel's back' with Razer. I'll give till June 2020 for them to get their act together. App won't connect to any of my products even whe I isolate and reinstall multiple times.
Does not work as bluetooth paring/communication is broken in the app. RAZER UPDATE THIS OR DELIST THE APP. Works fine with my iPad, but tried two android phones and nothing.
My Razer Nabu Forged Edition that I just replaced the main battery for is now a paper weight. This app will not connect to my watch, Bluetooth connects fine. But without the app the watch does nothing.
Just got the Nabu Watch to go with my Razer Phone, and the app gets stuck on syncing, and won't connect.. Now I have an expensive basic digital watch with no smart features
It was a good product. I say "was" because when contacted with Razer support they informed me that there servers are shut down for good. They need remove the app for nabu and nabu watch if they no longer have the servers up for the app anymore
Just bought a Nabu smartwatch on clearence to go with my new Razer Phone 2, at first I couldn't get the watch to connect but after following several guides on Reddit it connected and works great. The watch is great and basic for fitness plus i get my messages and alerts.
Can't pair to the Nabu Watch anymore. Do you ever have a QA team? They can't write simple test cases for connection to the devices? Do you want your users to do that for you? There is no sense in your app if you can't connect your device to it.
Outdated, doesn't work with Android 9.x and forward, won't pair with watch. No updates to fix it

I wish i could use my nabu but the screen is faded and i can not connect it to my phone anymore so it has become useless is there no way to connect without the 4 pin code
Will not sync with NABU X, discovers device and then fails to sync after request to tap NABU X. As it is, useless
how should i put this; i think your app might be broken here why. when i try to syc my smartband it connets but dose not syc. i try it on 2 diffrent phones and the same thing happens.
we need software support and update. basic patch could make a huge difference.
This app is unable to sync with Google Fit. Rejects sync with 'disallowed_useragent' error.
2017...was it's last update.App Not working it won't syncing. Discontinued.
Absolutely rubbish, normally like razer products.but after this experience will be looking elsewhere fory future products !!
Watch wont sync with my phone, can't even reset it to make it work.

Experiencing the same connection problem as the newer app, it no longer works.
Was great, no longer works. I have used this for quite some time. One day it stopped. I have two, so i reinstalled the app and tried to pair one, sync failed. Then tried to pair the other, sync failed. No matter what i do i cant get it to sync. I have tried taking one with me a mile away and them the other to make sure theyre not both being accessed by the app. By the way, fhe app finds it, but fails to sync. Its not that it doesnt find it. I Just wish they would make it work properly.
