This is a horrible app. The KBB App is free and provides much more information. Despite paying for the app, my "trial" period expired before my first full day of use. Finally, the values provided on the App vary widely from the nada website. Google should take this App off the Play Store immediately. If there were negative stars that is what I would rate this.
You pay 1.99 for the app but they want 50.00 a month at NADA to activate your phone. Kinda steep just to find out market value of a vehicle. RIP Off
should do a better job explaining what you get for $2. very poor advertising. website is free.
After buying the app for $1.99, I found out you still have to have a separate subscription!
Really i paid for app,now i have to pay for a subscription,why even charge for the app.

I purchased the app to use while buying a car and after a few days it says my trial has ended. I am extremely disappointed by this app.
Buy the app and on top of that by the subscription monthly at an outrageous amount. The trial period Is a joke on top of that. I'm not even going to dispute the charge for the app because of my own stupidity for not reading the Catch-22 attached to the description.

****First off before you even download, this app is not for Consumers... It's for Car dealers and auction buyers. **** My only regret is not buying this service sooner, I've made smarter purchases at auction, faster trade in appraisals on site.. all around great tool to have as a dealer...
Doesn't work... They can't fix. I can't choose the state I am in... So nothing works. No solution from support. Plain and simple. ONE YEAR LATER... STILL NOT WORKING...
I have used this app for years and all of the sudden, when it "updated",,,, it quit working,,, the company has me using another app but every time I call I get NO help, they tell me to just wait .................. ?????????????? W.T.F.... !!!!!!!!

Please avoid. First they charge a 2$ trial period entry then they expect $50/mo for continued services after the first ten searches. There is no disclaimer of the absorbent fees until after you download the app. Do Not waste the time or money. As you read the numerous poor reviews and lackluster responses from the app developers it will become quite clear how non consumer friendly this app is. Many of the app features can be completed and used for FREE on the main website. AVOID THIS APP
The previous reviews are correct. You pay $2 for clean retail only. Basically what KBB and Manheim give you for free. And actually both of those guys give you a way more accurate number. Everything else of any value shows up as demo only. You can unlock that for $50 a month. And they give you no trial period on that. So that could be as junk as the original app, I haven't paid the $50 bucks to find out. You guys should charge $50 for this app or maybe just give it to your subscribers free. It's garbage as it stands and not worth anything.
It's a nice app. But the bad you have to pay a fee to open other features.
Only tells you clean retail market value. Separate subscription needed for trade in or any other pricing. Waste of time
If you are in the car biz or a lender it comes in handy. But useless for consumers unless they just want to know what the loan value of a car is.
Worst app. ever, not include all cars models I hope can refund my money, just for everybody want buy this app. Please don't buy it.
waste of money - takes ten minutes to download the "update 1 of 2 and 2 of 2 every time you open the app / then it will ask for a username / password and registration key - none of which you have. easier to use the online version for free.
I want a refund. I have yet to be able to even use the app. It was supposed to have sent me an email to register the device....it never sent me the email... So I was not able to use the app I paid for while shopping for a vehicle today. Do not buy this app.

Seriously the worst app I've ever encountered $50 a month with unreliable service IP addresses down app always crashing no type of support hardly not even willing to refund back or even compensate for loss of use of the app resulting in loss of business and more stay away from this app whatever you do beware

You can only go back to 1999 on vehicles and it doesn't have all the different vehicles for an example I was looking for a price on a 2002 Jeep Patriot and the only one that it showed was a 2002 Jeep Liberty that was close to a patriot in body style
