App worked as expected for me. After downloading and creating account, I registered my phone number and was able to place my order no problem! And the food was delicious as always!!
Can't get it to work. According to people who work at Nadeau's, that app is no longer used / supported by them and hasn't been for a few years.
downloaded app per the suggestion by cashier, problem message pops up. cannot register. please fix.
This app doesn't want to connect. 400 points on my old phone. Please do an update

Nadeau's doesn't know how to manage an app, social media or their web pages. Hopeless app doesn't work, SO TAKE IT DOWN! SO MUCH FOR "REWARDS". Store on Hooksett, Friday from 640 until 7:23 phone was off the hook. "We had a big order." The order was sitting there. Phone remained off hook until J left. Took 10 min for a cook to take my order. 4 workers, 2 girls had masks on, one not over nose. 2 boys cooking had NO MASKS, NO GLOVES. VERY UNIMPRESSED.
No way to place orders here , and is as useless as trying to use your website.

I love that I can earn points to save money, but when I try to redeem the points I have it says the there is no email registered.

Works fine. You have to register the app on your phone after you download it. Then you just enter the location and 4 digit ticket number and it'll display the points you earned as well as your balance. No problems here. Just can't order right now. Work in progress. Come on, it's a new app. It's not going to be perfect. Patience.
Can't view points, can't order online, awful interface. Old reward program worked just fine.
I haven't been able to add my points in two weeks. Says it doesn't exist or doesn't load at all. What's the point?
App sucks can't add my points. Store in went to isn't listed. Lost a bunch of points.
This app needs a serious upgrade. In order to get rewards you have to find the field to enter the check number in as it is the same color as the rest of the screen. Customizing subs and other items is very confusing and needs to be simplified(options are given multiple times to add or delete condiments). To use rewards you must choose it prior to ordering because there is no way to choose at checkout. Please fix these so I can give more stars! Thank you!
