I love the convenience of being able to look at my bill and pay it all in one app. My only complaint is I receive NEXT services also through naec and it would be so much better if I could see and access those services through the same app or at least if I could download another app to access my internet, tv, and phone. I pay my electric through the app but then have to go through all the rigmonro of calling n getting transferred to pay my other services. JMO

It needs to be updated.
"outage has been reported for your account" - a timestamp would be nice! - as for the app, it's useful and doesn't crash. Yay! The information is easy to get to. I do keep an eye on my power use. Even though the Play Store indicates that it may not be optimized for my tablet, it looks and functions just fine.
