Worst app ever! It keeps asking to refresh the page, ive been doing the order-payment form over and over again but ends up asking to refresh the page! Plus the app loading super slow.
How in the name of god do you sign in with this app?? Like it says username in login but you can't sign in with a username, you can only put your email and phone number and still doesn't let u sign in. There's something wrong and it needs fixing with this app.
application very slow and doesnt show historical transaction. as well as search functionality is not working.
The promo code not working. Registration not happening as the phone code is not the local code and cannot be changed. It is too frustrating!!!!
Not good. I entered my credit card credentials and the coupon code, then an error message came up. When I repeated the paiment process the coupon cede got rejected. Finally, I had to finish the purchase order via payment on delivery. I was very disappointed.
I tried million of times to comete a purchase, but it fails after inserting the credit card details!. Please fix it to make use of it.

The app is very useful, but when ordering sometimes I face bugs in purchasing basket page like an endless download that make me restricted from sending the order, that why I prefer to order from the website, and I wish that the search area will be easier to search for products, good job!
The new Update broke the APP!! Automatically goes from Home Delivery to Pickup and you cant change it!!
Looks old, very slow, the gifts in a cart disappeared when selecting it and more bugs in application

the use is not easy, crashing all the time, need alot of improvements

App is poorly designed and lacks modern features. Browsing speed is real slow and add to cart is buggy.. you click it once and it will take ages to reach to cart. Potato servers. Login information is not saved by default and you have to login every time you open the app. A real disappointment. Worth less than a 🌟
App User friendly... Very good offers and discounts... Fast and helpful customer service... Need to improve in delivery only... Other all services was good...
It is a very handy app to get all health supplies with easy home delivery. I just do not like that some items are randomly not available for delivery and app asks for store pickup. I think everything listed on app should be available for home delivery.

In regard to the app..the chat support is not mobile friendly at all. In regard to service they don't have the fastest delivery service as claimed. They just cancelled 2 orders of mine in within less than a week. Hope they provide more professional service as a amazon in the future.
