This application helps to facilitate the process of traffic accident reporting. It also speeds up the arrival of Najm’s investigator to the accident scene by getting the accurate location of the accident. In addition, it is automatically registering the accident number and assigning the nearest Najm’s investigator.
Also, you can follow-up with the accident status starting from reporting the accident till sending the accident report automatically to the respective insurance company.
Notes:
- This application currently supports Arabic and English languages.
- The application serves the accidents occurring within coverage of Najm in Saudi Arabia.
- You cannot use this application in areas not covered by Najm.

The itself is fine Only issue you cant upload photos, you have to use the camera to take new ones Other issue is that the response from najm takes an hour or two which is useless
Total useless app, The app log me out every day so I have to login again and ad my car details again. And the funny thing is the app show me wrong insurance, someone else's Insurance details are showing as mine.
Worstness at peak I just call twice and every time slect language which is easy for me bjt the end side come with Arabic and ask to call again and press this. I did same thrice but same Arabic representative speak from other side. Really disappointing and bad customer service from such a reputable company.
This stupid app does not work. You try calling thwy dont pick up even after an hour of trying to contact them. Useless najim in general even their useless app.
The app is downloaded but when doing verification it says please try later sorry for the inconvenience. This is happening since I tried to install app for last three days. It is just utilising our data

After new update, the app is constantly running in background and is affecting battery life. Kindly fix

They never answer phone calls during their working hours, I waited more than 25 mins on the line.
