Naked Apartments - NYC Rentals

What can I say about an app thats supposed to help me find an apt,but doesn't allow me to log in,or contact an agent. It suckssss. Whenever I find a place that I like,and I attempt to contact an agent,the app tells me to login. When I click "login",I get a message telling me to verify my email. So I go to my email,click on the login option, get rerouted back to the app,just to be told to login and verify my email again. I even tried using the desktop site,but I still can't contact an agent

It has way to few listings mostly very expensive rentals. The big, big negative is that it's utterly saturated and polluted with agents and brokers whom I despise because I was one twenty five years ago and I can honestly state they aren't worth two cents. Many of the management companies are illegally funneling they're walk in's to the broker who have done none of the leg work. I plan on reporting both the brokers and management companies and make them lose they're license. The app maker should stop allowing postings by brokers since the whole point to these apps is to cut out the middle because the app is the middleman. But this app doesn't.

When adding neighborhoods there is no way to go back to the search. It will go back home resetting everything from the search. Annoying.

You can't pick a specific price range for specific apartments and all the apartments are outrageously high

Everytime i try to sign in with my email its not letting me or favorite any saved apartments and the email verfercation lunk isnt working properly

there are no search filters in the app? otherwise it would be good, like the website.

If you're interested in wasting tons of your time searching through listings and reaching out to agent after agent and are looking forward to being met with scam after scam (my wife and I are moving to south Africa to do missionary work etc) then this is the app for you. Multiple listings being shown more than once with different prices and different agents. Super shady

I've used the webpage and have an account but the app refuses to allow me to sign in. A complete waste of my time

App is super helpful in my apartment hunt, but something is buggy. I have had to restart my phone to get in my messages and view new listings.

Buggy as all hell which is frustrating as the app is super useful. Every time I try to check messages it asks me to log in And it gets stucknin an endless loop. I can't get to messages sent to me by agents. Using a stock Huawei mate 9.

The older version was way better. The flexibility for finding homes has become so difficult; can't even get a proper filter going on :(

Has issues establishing a proper connection to the server. Ended up using the desktop site.

Found a great apartment and a realty company I will definitely use again!

Super helpful that this app combines the same listings into one so you're not caught looking at the same apartment from 10 different brokers. Much easier to find a place in NYC here than Craigslist! They help take care of removing the most about part of looking for an apartment. Very easy to contact someone and look at a place too.

Recently moved to NYC, this app helped me find a place to live.
