Sometimes it's not clear what to do when adding new bottles to my basket. Instead of just adding a recommended bottle, I selected it to read more about it. If I choose to add it on the subsequent screen, when I go back the screen doesn't know that I added the bottle yet it is in my basket. It's confusing. Other than that, the search capability is great.

Great prices, easy to use and easy to find new wines to try. I love that I can write notes on the wines I've tried so I know what to order in the future. And as an Angel member, you can't beat the discounted prices. Add in the member reviews and the wine makers descriptions and recommendations and I would rather order from here than go to my local liquor store.

I've been a member and using the app for years. Great service, solid technology in suggesting and selecting wines, easy to use & navigate, with a much or little interaction with winemakers and other members as you prefer. Having tried several different wine clubs before, none could beat the experience for anything close to the prices.

I love shopping on this app (the wine selections here are unreal and that's what makes it appealing to me). The delivery service of fast as well as convenient and the fact you can select various wines by country, origin, type, level, etc and that's a blessing right there... Way to go N.W.!!! 😊😊

Excellent customer service. Really enjoy trying different winemakers from different places. The app makes it very easy to navigate the site and smoothes out the process.

They remember the wines I have ordered in the past and offer them again. This is truly helpful as I often order a wine I've not tried before and my not remember what it was.

Joined this group about 1 year ago and absolutely enjoy it, still learning about wines, winemakers and everyone in the group are very helpful with recommendations and pairings, definitely recommend if you enjoy wines.

Choosing wine is difficult, and seeing a list of post purchases for reordering is difficult as well; it's designed to make you look at as many new winners as possible, which i suppose is a good selling point for the wineries they're trying to solicit. The feature that really drives me nuts is their wine rating system - way way too many clicks. I'd like to have a personal list of the wines I've tried and how much i liked them.

Wines themselves are great but the app is awful. I get hung up on the "my details" tab all the time and the one time I tried to re-order through the app it kept asking me for my birthday then would throw an error when I would enter it. Website experience wasn't much better as the whole "angel" thing has been impossible to find/confirm on my own I've had to constantly reach out to customer service which is fairly unresponsive. Hope they get their house in order because the wines are delicious.

Gets the job done (wine in a box being shipped to my door). Could it be refined? Sure, but then so can every app out there. My experience is generally positive, with the one difficulty being able to easily see what a vintner has current when a favorite is sold out and you don't want the suggested alternative.

It is a great app. Sometimes some features don't work right and the scanner can be improved, but I have never seen a better wine app. Connects you straight to the winemakers, has great search filters, and it builds a profile based on your preferences. Really great for non snobs exploring the wine world.

They'll switch your wine with garbage without giving a notice and you're stuck with it. They'll reference the small print. They're garbage.

Not the best of wines, but not the worst. The app is kludgy and not easy to navigate. Still, I get wine delivered to my door.

A great way to find great wines at great prices. Don't pass it up! As an app, a bit pushy. E.g. I can't give a rating when I click on "Rate" the first time, I have to give a binary thumbs up or down, follow the vintner or not, put another bottle in my cart or not, and then find my way back to the wine I was reviewing before I can prioritize and take notes.

Overall it is easy to use. I wish I could sort and filter wines I have bought in the past.

This app is easy to use. You can refine your search through categories of wines. Really fast and fun. The wines are also rated with helpful descriptions so you can dial in what you want.

Was given a voucher for 100dollars plus spending a. 100 dollars and spent all the time picking wines and putting my information in the app then voucher couldn't be used in my state needed more bottles ordered what a gimic smh not impressed 0 stars and spam in my email smh what a waste of time
