horrible waste all the way around can take screen shoots of uploaded photos that never get uploaded when they do it either makes multiple copies or just deletes the original photo constantly freezes or crashes cost time which cost money considering no longer working with NAL as a result of the poor app/system performance if your I.T. department can't fix outsource it to someone that can or adopt a universal work flow app that works reliably there are many readily available
Slow, cumbersome, inefficient, and terribly made. Any changes to the or additions the order and it automatically closes the ticket rendering the app useless. Overall the app some how made it's self less efficient than paperwork.
This app is TERRIBLE. God forbid it lose signal in the middle of anything, you need to close app because " there's an error" constantly popping up. I've had to uninstall and reinstall multiple times. Don't waste your time with "tech support" either they'll just send you to your field manager who will tell you to contact "tech support" please do SOMETHING to make this pathetic app work FOR the technicians. We have enough to deal with without having to go through the rigor morale of this junk.
This app is terrible! I recently un installed and re installed so that maybe I could finally upload photos. The update made it so the app doesn't work AT ALL!!! THIS APP IS COMPLETE GARBAGE!!! Now I'm constantly getting emails to upload paperwork in order to get paid. (IF THE APP DOESN'T WORK I HAVE NO ACCESS TO THE DAMN PAPERWORK!!! Whoever made this app should be fired!!!
Never crashes on my Google Pixel 3 or XL 4. Stays logged in which is a great plus and saves time all day when leaving notes and updating jobs with pictures. Interface is very user-friendly could use some improvements here and there but overall very satisfied with the app
since the app changed over to NAL I cant access anything. The log in screen dosent load, I cant access paperwork or my dispatch board. the app crashes as soon as I open it.
Too big, slow, and bloated. Customer should only have to sign once and be done. Customers complain and get annoyed while we stand there for 2 or 3 minutes paging thru the app asking them to sign multiple times.
Pure trash, always down, always crashes, if you're being forced to use this app be ready to wanna throw your phone, and no need to tell them it's horrible, they know and don't care.
still having issues even after relaunching of app bug fixes and crashing 4/12. it installs but will not open once Google store indicates to open app.
Constantly crashes!!!! It works for my iPhone but crashes just when I open it on my tablet how is that possible? Please fix this
On Android it is very glitch, doesn't easily flow through app, long response times on commands.. not good.. on apple I works ok.
the new update works now. still a little slow, but doesn't crash over and over like before.
It's super slow and buggy. It's 2022 and I can't believe it's such a bad app for work.

Love to see my fellow installers speaking up.. this app needs alot of work. Wondering when customers will finally be able to sign ACTUAL PAPERWORK on my phone instead of giving a superficial signature that doesn't mean anything on my phone. Make it easier for techs to get paid. That's the thing thats most important to us. We're all professionals, that's why we're with installs.
New update didn't do anything. Idk what bugs were fixed besides the logo but it still constantly crashes and makes using this platform a pain. Please actually put some work into your "updated" product.
This is the worse home deliveries application that I have ever used. The application is slow, it does not list the stop in order of deliveries, it does not allow more than 5 job photos, it automatically stops the continuation of the job if "an issue" is identified when arriving at the site. The map function is worthless.
