It was great having an app that helped with hours worked in a day. The issue I have with it along with a few others is the fact that things such as the NSD and Lunch 30 at the bottom how do those work? Also, the other issue was that there was no accumulation for the week meaning if I use the app everyday recording my hours why is it not keeping hourly track for the week somewhere so we as carriers know I worked X hours today, but have X amount of hours for the week. Correct those issues.
Wish it was easier to put in your hours/edit. on the app wont let me change the BT or ET so would have to do it as its happening. And on the website can only delete it if I'm on home computer. I do like the fact that it tells me how much OT/VT it has per day/week.
I cant log in. The app doesn't have a option to register or make a account. There's no way to use the app. It ask to member number and password but wont let you make one. Nice try though. I was hoping this would be a great tool to use like the other nalc app. With time I hope the app gets fixed.
No way to review your weekly totals on the app which would be useful for total hours. App doesn't take into account if you have had your 8 hour day for the week when calculating penalty OT for the week. Desktop part is difficult to log into. No way to edit times from the app, if you should forget to punch the app when you punch the time clock. App is glitchy, often says "session has timed out" and then never restarts. This app would be great if these things were fixed. Needs allot of work.
This app would be way better if you could edit your time and have our clock rings posted so we can see if they match our own tracking. This has to be used in real time - it's not helpful. Good concept though.
Love the Idea! The App needs touch ups like having the manually option of putting in clock rings, salary rate, hourly rate, the other details so can be more accurate!
Garbage. I realise it's just a first step but this app is not yet at a real usable state. You need to be able to edit entries for one.
Can't access the app. It keeps telling me I'm using invalid log in info and doesn't recognise me. Guess I'll have to keep using the log book.
Needs to be able to work without an internet connection for those of us who can't get reliable service in our installations and the ability to edit punches in the app.
Seems like no one tested it before putting it up for download. Workhour tracking on members's web page does not calculate penalty time correctly. Fifth day overtime should be all penalty time after 8 hrs., If you work overtime on all work days in a week.
Can't edit hours or clock ring. If you forget to push begin tour button you can't go back and put it in
Go to NALC website, click on Members Only. Register there. Then go back to app and log in using info from website log in. I do wish app would allow editing/deleting. You can edit or delete off web site.
Very bad interface. May as well use pen and paper.
Without the ability to edit punches as of now the app is essentially useless.
can't login, no instructions.asks for member number and password, with no registration link.
Needs more options to input, such as sick leave, annual, Lwop and military leave
Need to add manual input option and also an edit option.
Just tried to sign in and its saying "Your log in values are not valid". What the heck???
cant login. says my name, zip or ss is invalid. its not tho 🤷🏻♀️
Does not work to delete clock ring
Can't log on, evertime I try it says invalid member ID.
You can only see the current day and can't edit times.
Figured it out. Instead of using your EIN you need to use your NALC membership number and password to use your work hour tracker.
no way to see total hours. this app is useless
It's not working for me.. and I would love to try it! Is cca allowed on this app?
It doesn't even tell you the date. This is a horrible app to use.
Not good, couldn't sign up
Will not let me log in. Says credentials are not valid.
Why the apps need full name n ssn info. ?
Doesn't look like the app has any 'menu' that helps new users understand exactly how to properly use it. Add to this the fact that the punch data can only be created in realtime (which shouldn't be necessary because this is for personal use, not an official timeclock), as opposed to edited/transcribed later at a more convenient time, and it seems that the app is a great concept but not quite perfected yet.
