Namshi Online Fashion Shopping

Great shopping experience with the simplicity of the app. But there is one issue when I make an order, it asks to verify my number. I never receive the verification code. I tried 5 times and no code is sent. The only solution is to close the app and reopen it.

I used the app twice. First experience, the item was showing delivery next day, when i bought i received after approx 10 days. Second experience, i bought around 11 items, one of the items Set of clothes, i received it missing. After following up 1 week with customer service,they decide it from themself to return the item without even calling me. The App is simple and easy to use, but the above points i mentioned is disappointing and makes me think twice before buying here.

This app easy to use. First experience was good but my 2nd order i was return my shoe item because too much big for me and i want to change the size only. After they collect my return item they didint message or contact me anymore. It will become one month now including my one order they didint deliver. My 3rd experience order i was so dissapointed because they bring me wrong item or one item i didn't order and my one jogger set order they didint bring. It was very dissapointed.

DO NOT SHOP HERE THEY STEAL FROM CUSTOMERS. I bought shoes that didn't turn out like the photo so I returned them asking for a refund to my card. First they put it as credit so I had to call and ask for the refund to my card despite already specifying thats what I wanted on the app. But until now over a month later and countless phonecalls I still haven't gotten the refund. They are now asking for my bank statement to prove I havent been refunded. They clearly don't care about their customers.

It was so disappointing their services, many times I send email regarding the item I need to exchange and they reply telling after 48hrs to 72 hrs they will solve the issue but it's been a month I am waiting... NO UPDATES WHAT HAPPEN.. TSK TSK.. TSK.. 0 AS IN ZERO STAR...

I was about to order online when a pop-up says 30% discount on your 1st app order. So, I did download the app and when comes the checkout : it says says not available!!!

Very poor customer service. No one replies to the messages from the namshi app whatsapp, I've been waiting since 22 hrs and still no one cares. Placed orders after 11 days just canceled by namshi, there is no explanation and if you go to the namshi app the same item still shows available for the purchase. If there is issue withe the item it should be removed from the app

Happy with the partnered brands with good offers. However, they need to add size guide (with body measurements, where we can find the appropriate size, as sizes varies brand to brand). I struggle with the size info everytime.

I'm glad The delivery was faster than expected. Just 4 days. If you read my edit history you'll know why I kept it at 4 stars though. Oh and thnx for the discount codes.

Products are good, but the delivery is the worst, 10 business days they said, ordered for 5 items, they delivered 2 of the items and 10 days later, they are still processing the other 3. In theory, if you order something expect it 2 weeks from then. I bet I can order something from China and it will arrive before Namshi delivers in Dubai

Namshi is good, but the problem is their delivery partner which is aramex its almost 15 days but they did not deliver my parcel i try to connect them through WhatsApp but they did not answer...worst experience ever!

This app is a total scam. beware!!! Their customer service will not care if the product you order is not delivered. They will just keep you waiting and say they will solve it 3-5 days multiplied by forever. Hope play store remove this app soon.

I placed an order in Jan 2022, which was partially delivered while the remaining items were "under processing" for almost 2months. So, I decided to cancel the items and receive partial refund. However, as per Namshi, the bank supposedly reserves the amount and only credits it to them once items are shipped. I don't know how this set up works, it doesn't make sense as a customer. My bank confirms they have not received any refund instruction. So, in essence I have lost my money on this.

Fraud Fraud Fraud Fraud Fraud... This app is not safe please buyers dont save your cards in this App & delete if its save... They deducted my money 340SAR without my acknowledgement, no support no emails answer no calling number totally fraud fraud fraud..... Dont buy anything from this Apps... Even they didn't send any confirmation regarding deduction and no history of purchasing & deduction .... Stay away from this App...

Forget about experience, may be the wrost shopping app ever . It shows product is available, but once you ordered , it shows " product is out of stock" .. wrost experience ever... Please update your app as per the availability... Don't make fool of your customers , because you loose them , like you loose one today... Very disappointing..

Very bad service they made me wait for a month because they were facing a delay in shipping on of my order items and after a month they cancelled the other item because its not available anymore in their warehouse. Keep hearing apologize at the end i didn't get all my stuff after waiting a month !

Very very very disgusting, I ordered size 7.5 but the item arrived is size 9! Very very disappointed not recommend, if there is a 0 choices I will put 0. I can't change it as well😢😭

Unreliable app. I have ordered twice and both times, my orders were cancelled. Reason out of stock and yet you still see the same items being advertised.

@Ghostiya you right. Last year November I ordered 5 items blouses. I want to change the size because the sizes is too small for me. Untill now there's no responding from this company. Luckily I sold it the the 2 blouse. But the 3 no because of the size

3 stars. I received torned shirts couldn't see it before removing the the tags but after that i found big torned stitching under the collar. I waited 11 days for the order and in the end i received this service and product. Will never recommend to anyone.

The prices are good but I was about to order 2 addidas shoes . Then , suddenly , they disappear from the cart and they are unavailable. Why is everything out of stock almost everyday. How can I buy stuff then.

At first, they are good, now I changed their rating. Their WhatsApp customer support takes years to respond. Then on my last order which still on process since 16April, they cancelled one of my orders and to my surprise, they are offering it again. Similar color and size to what I ordered. And where is my refund then? Not yet credited.

Very bad experience Dont buy from here .. Will give not even half star i want to return the product as the quality is very very very bad..i paid in cash now namshi is not giving the money in your bank account they will give the money in namshi credit very very bad.. I purchased from center point so many things online if i dont like item they transfer the money in my account direct...

Somebody recommend me this app.. but I'm not happy and have a bad experience in shopping this ecommerce app and company.. mine one order is missing and there customer care is not supportive.. and after your complian team revert me in email and say.. "we will resolve you problem in 48 -72 working days" it is really shocking experience I'm ever have in any ecommerce app...

NAMSHI, UAE, promised to deliver the items within 2 days! Which is so untrue! It's been 7 days, and my order is still processing! All I hear from customers' service is that some orders take more time!

One of the most bad e-commerce application I have ever seen , I made an order on 7th of Feb and till today I didn't receive the Items , and when I spoke to the concern department regarding this issue the reply was even more Worse than I expected they said that they don't have direct contact with the supplier? So why you are displaying the supplier items if you can't contact him and ask him to deliver the items on time , very pathetic and unprofessional I don't advise anyone to use it.

Never using Namshi again as they have the worst cancellation and refunding system ever 😒 I lost 140 AED on one order because of a canceled item and a returned item. And whenever I call they make it seem like its an issue from the bank! While I have never faced this type of issue when receiving any type of refund from different shopping websites!!!

I have bought a slipper . The brand name is seventy five. I have used it for one day and it broke. When I contacted namshi they are saying that it's because of your use. So if anyone buying products from namshi don't use it.
