I love the Nancy Drew games, but this has been somewhat laggy for me. Up until now it's been bearable, but the cotton gin puzzle with the cones is really tedious on a good day. The game keeps lagging and freezing while trying to move the cones, making it almost impossible to finish. I'll keep trying, but dang.. i loved it up until now. Please fix this issue.
Very good graphics. You have to go into settings for the game and make sure all permissions are allowed if you have an android. This game is just like the computer games. Very good story line as always. Please make more for mobile devices! I'd like to play the old ones too! Ps. You have to buy the game to finish it which is $6.00 but this price is nothing compared to the actual computer games which cost over $20 a piece.
I'm a big fan of the games have played just about every one that has come out but this one does not allow me to finish. About halfway through the game freezes and I'm unable to finish. I have uninstalled and tried again but the game is still glitchy. It is really unfortunate that cd-rom are obsolete because those worked so much better
installed onto my chromebook and when i opened the app, i got the her interactive logo for a split second, and then a black screen. And the game wouldn't load. tried closing out and retrying, tried uninstalling and reinstalling. But nothing worked -- all i got was the logo for a split second and a black screen. i love the her interactive games, but not this version... :(
Great game I've been playing Nancy drew since I was child and have most of the PC games. I keep having to leave the game because it freezes at times... not often but ughh when it does... other than that im not disappointed. Also if you could've made the dialogue choices a little larger or given more space to them because I hit choices I didn't mean to at times... maybe my thumb is just too big... but still im all smiles and very pleased with the mobile version and hope to see more games soon.
I installed this game with the intention of purchase. I own all the PC games, and wanted one on my tablet. I tried opening the app and got nothing but a black screen. Uninstalled and re-installed to no avail.
If I could give it zero stars, I would. It won't load the game, it won't even show the Her Interactive game logo, it just stays at a black screen. I love Nancy Drew games and have been waiting to play this one for a long time and I am disappointed. please fix this bug!
The game was a little buggy. First, it took me a few attempts before I could get the game to launch. Then, it kept freezing almost exclusively in the graveyard by the statue. Other than that the game was great! Just like playing on a desktop.
Opened to a black screen, restated it but didn't work. I know that some games don't work if any permissions are denied so I check. I changed all permissions to allow and it worked. So if you just get a black screen it might be because of it.
I figured it out! I always used to get the black screen when trying to play this game but if you go into settings and then go to apps select the game and then go to permissios and enable storage and it should be playable after that!
Been a fan of Nancy drew games for over 15 years and this was just like playing on a PC :) like the story line, little jump scares, and the puzzles that come with it. Wish they would make more for mobile devices!
Love Nancy Drew games and was very excited to try this mobile game. It wouldn't download on my Samsung Note 8, but just got the Samsung Tab a and it did download! However, once I opened the game, it was a black screen. A lot of the problems I read seemed to be from Android devices. Wondering if this download only works with Apple?
Didn't even get a chance to play the game. I have a Galaxy S20 and it won't fit my screen says will cause errors on full screen mode and can't change it any other way. Make it so it fits full screened mode. Never met a game that couldn't til now. Will get a better rating if game becomes playable
Just as good as pc, except a lot cheaper! Only complaint is that sometimes when selecting speech it's hard to select specific dialog because the screen is smaller.
I own all the games and got really excited to see this in the app store. When I travel I can't always bring my laptop so this makes me so excited to have this on my phone!!! They should put on a few more Nancy Drew games. That would be amazing!!! Secret of the Old Clock would be a fun one to have on here.
Black screen has been up for at least 20 minutes now. I walked away and came back. NOTHING. Nancy drew appears at start up then black screen. Very disappointed. I really wanted to play.
Loved this game on my computer. Wanted to play on my new phone s9note ,all I got was a black screen. I even uninstalled twice and reinstalled still nothing. Bummer. Hopefully someone can fix this. Also would love for other ND games to be converted into android games. Thank you
WTH???? I was so excited to find this game, but after installing and starting it, all I got was a black and empty screen! What a let down. D - for me.
Great game! It can be a bit laggy on the tablet, but that could also just be my outdated table's fault. It did seem a bit shorter than the other Nancy Drew games, but it was also definitely cheaper than her older games, too.
I am also experiencing the black screen upon opening the game. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game with no success. Why is it like this¿ Fix it. I have a Samsung S20+ it should work on this phone.
I was really enjoying the game, until I was unable to complete one of the tasks. I'm supposed to dig in a certain spot, I have the spade, the camera, I'm at the spot, and nothing happens! So frustrating!

Would love to give an honest review but kinda can't since I cant get past this black screen that doesn't change. Hope you guys can fix but seeing as its been almost 4 years since the last update, kinda not gonna expect much.
Perfect game! Has some technical parts that need to be worked on and it's a little slow and choppy, but the game itself is amazing!
Amazing! i can't belive they managed to do this for tablets! i really like how you can try it for an hour before buying. Works perfectly on my chromebook like a regular ND game. Thanks Her interactive.
I have looked at all the tombstones. Completed the scavenger hunt and have the password hint. It will NOT take the password. Isk what I'm missing. Help! I'm highly upset about this I love the Nancy Drew games
WE NEED MORE NANCY DREW GAMES!! Lol I'm a fan from way back in the day, I read the books as a young girl, and played many of the games for PC, I wish there were more on the android market!! Many copycat games, but NONE compare, please give us more!! lol
A lot of people are hating on the price ($6) when the computer program is $20... seems like a pretty good deal to me. Graphics and everything are good, same as computer games. And the screen fits my screen, a galaxg s10. If you've played the Nancy Drew games on PC its obviously a bit different on a smaller screen but everything works perfectly. Love it.
