Unable to use. Reinstall and cleared cache and login button still doesn't work, just cycles. On a side note, I'm not aware of any other app that has a year + of bad reviews and no improvement (you can see based on the reviews when this went downhill around the end of 2020). Please can the app development team fix the below problems? Who do these problems get escalated too?

This app is terrible, can't log in. Whenever i can log in i have to change my password to something that even the military can't log into. On top of that you have to change the password about 5 times a week. When you finally log in the app doesn't even work, endless loading screens and the rota doesnt work.

Still can't login after one year. IT team done some work to the app unfortunately only work for some people. I keep changing the password for workday app because doesn't recognize it even tho' i have all details saved. Stressing just to think i need this app for work and i can't have access to it

The app will log me out every single time I close it, then once scrolling through the rota it will bug out and get stuck swiping between weeks with the only option being to shut down the app and re log in. Additionally the rotad hours don't even add up to what the total number of hours is at the bottom

This app is literally just the "rota app" and they keep making it more difficult to see the rota. We don't need log ins and passwords and forced log outs or really any form of security on an app for our rotas because we access it from our fingerprint protected phones. Okta, for some reason, won't send me a password reset link so I'm now having to ask coworkers what my shifts are every few days. For the next update can we delete this app and go back to posting photos of the rota on Facebook?

Helpful when it actually works. Slow. Unresponsive and repeated freezing makes it a chore to use sometimes. Please optimise. When it works it's great but need more consistency

They always say "bug fixes" but they just introduce more bugs. Now when I swipe to the side to see next week's rota the app continuously swipes between this week and next week. Also now I need to log in every single time into the app to see my rota. Please don't make the android version of this app an after though

After "update" when i want to get into the app - every time I need to login which is frustrating. When I'm online - it says that I'm offline, when you go to rota's it showing low amount of hours (doesn't sum them up) - in my case its showing 12h and it should be 33h. Ridiculous update.

It won't even let me log in now! Also when I was able to log in just after the update the app would swipe between rotas automatically. Where is the black box testing gone in software nowadays?

Updates made the app really buggy, when looking at the rota it just continuously cycles through the rota back and forth really quickly so you can't even read it. And the app is super slow and laggy

Since the update it logs me out even more than it already did. Swiping between pages on the rota causes it to glitch out our crazy too. Have to close the app to fix it and view rota properly.

The update has completely ruined this app The ease of going and checking my shifts has been ruined by the need to log in every single time and there is now the glitch where I can not longer swipe to see next weeks shift as it just glitches back and forth. Think I will be taking a photo of the rota in my staff room for quickness now

The new update won't even let me log in so I always need to either ask a workmate to send me the rota or check in with the managers. And even when it used to let me log in it was extremely buggy. Please update it ASAP

New update completely ruins the app, you have to login every single time you use the app. No matter how many hours you have in a week, it'll say 12 hours for the week. Why fix something that was never broken.

Updated app to 3.2. The log in button doesn't work. Terms and conditions opens up. But what's the point, I can't login. How can I revert to previous version?

I have to constantly relog into the app and now all it does is tell me I can't connect, kinda hard to believe it's my Internet while I'm able to stream and download as I please.

Constantly asks for log in even after the update long time ago. IT need to resolve this soon. It is so annoying

I have to log in everytime and sometimes need to change my password cos the one I was using for some reason becomes a wrong password 😭

My shifts didn't show up contacted support which apparently respond in a few hours it's been 2 weeks and still no response.

It's so buggy and very hard to log onto but once your logged on its easy to use
