Very helpful service and easy to use and access! Used during Cork Jazz festival - being able to leave the heavy backpack for a day and pick it up right before heading for the bus back home was very handy. Will definitely use again!
Good but they need to check the schedule with the actual facilities that is going to store the baggage because they manage their own schedule and NOT the one is published in the app. You could have surprises like the place is closed when you get there will ALL your luggage and have to pay those hours even you were not able to store your luggage there. That is exactly what happened to me in Madrid.
I was searching for a place to keep my bags in as I discovered Brussels for one day, and found this app. It's user-friendly, the prices I found were reasonable and the person who took the bags was so kind. It was a good experience.
Nanny 1st time... bad experience. i recieced a notice that a dpd delivery woulf arrive and that i eould have to be present with a 1 hr timeslot. We are not a delivery facility for Amazon packages! I expected to meet the person dropping off and collecting luggage. The Nannybag app did not even show the order/storage request- unsafe!!. i had no options. The Nannybag team are obviously lazy because no one was available on a weekend to manage issues like this. No screening poss
Nannybag's website has issues, they charge your credit card but don't send you a confirmation number of the transaction. Poor customer service, they show little empathy. Don't use this app
Does not work at all, wanted to book a place to put my bag down in London but the app and the website says unexpected error. Wanted to call them to sort this, no phone number no support...
Great service and everything went pretty smooth. We did it in September 2021 in Nice, it was 10 EUR for each bag, but totally worth it.
I couldn't login. Not with my phone nor my email . Tried several times too. Uninstalled and reinstalled, EVERYTHING, just impossible to login

Complete lifesaver, i checked out from my Airb&b at 11 a.m. and my flight wasn't until 6 p.m. book the nearest nannybag for a few hours which allowed me to enjoy my stay in Paris for the remainder of the day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for storing your bags in a pinch.

Web app instead of native.
The app never accepted my mobile number although I entered correctly my country code. I contacted their customer service but they were extremely slow. After an hour, they finally created my profile by themselves with a temporary password. Once everything was done, it was an issue with the payment (system error). I have 2hrs with them... I looked for an alternative and found their competitor "bagbnb" and it worked in less than 5min for a cheaper price.
