App doesn't show my current (free) plan, not sure with purchased plan, though I properly activated it and even got a confirmation email. Contacted support but was basically useless, didn't even understand the problem after weeks and multiple emails/chat. For example, they kept asking for screenshots I sent multiple times already. Was going to get a paid plan for my wife's phone, but When we found out how bad the service was, switching to an alternative provider was a no-Brainer. Uninstalling.

I bought a Galaxy S10e with included Nano Fixit warranty. The app won't accept the registration numbers for the warranty. Update: After several days after several emails, they finally gave me a new registration number which worked on the app. I hope you fix your email setting not to block customer emails which causes frustration in replying back to you.

When the app updated, my profile information disappeared and I got someone else's profile registered under my account. I got their email, phone, and IMEI. I'm afraid that someone else also has my personal information. This is a major Information breach and a security risk. I wouldn't trust this company to protect my device if they couldn't even protect my personal information.

It is pointless to download the app as it doesn't do anything. The company is not good to work with and they don't actually want to honor their replacement policy as I submitted a claim that I still never got a response on months ago. Supposedly the whole point of the app is to register your device and information but yet they can't seem to pull up your information from where you made the purchase. Don't waste your time.

Invalid Card ID!!! I received a screen cracking insurance and registration card valid for 30 days with a PHP 10k value after purchasing a samsung phone but while registering, it says I have invalid card. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but still did not accept the details found in the card. Please do something about it! Help!

I just bought a Galaxy A7 2018 with free Nanofixit insurance worth 5000php valid for 12mos. I installed and registered it 4days ago and it was working. But when I tried checking in on the app it kept saying "sorry wrong data received from server" something like that. And when I tried opening the link from their confirmation email the message says ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SUSPENDED. Why?

If you have the official Nanofixit warranty / insurance card from Samsung, ignore the payment request, just input the pin and number from the back of the card in the next page and you'll be able to activate your warranty / insurance. no hair scratches so far but as per disclaimer, too, this will not protect from deeper scratches

Already signed up but wasn't able to access the app. Trying to check my warranty but it always says " Please check your internet connection " though I have a stable connection. All my previous information can't be seen

This app is garbage. It won't select the proper country. Says "check you (sic) internet connection", but I'm fully connected. Only need this app to complete registration.

was talked into purchasing this S10+ case with liquid screen cover when purchasing 2 new S10+ phones. my husband's screen broke within 2 weeks and my screen broke a month later. we were not able to do the registration cards I got an error so they never fully registered. we are extremely upset that these phones cost so much and these screens failed to protect them.

I purchased the Liquipel Liquid-Glass Screen Protection from Wal-Mart. Cannot register the item because there was no warranty card and no option to select Wal-Mart as the location of purchase. Live Chat is NOT live. We will see if they respond to emails. They have 24hrs before I contact the Arizona Attorney General. Consumer fraud is a big thing.

I can't open the app even I install and unintall it. It continuesly crashing. It was ok before, I was able to register my warranty yet now, it kept on crashing.

It doesn't let you signup. Always just saying "check your internet connection" even if my connection is fine. Makes me think the product is not legit.

Bad experience, tried to register for Phone Cracking Insurance in your app but it turns out I need to pay in order to complete the registration. Why is that? I thought I have 1 year FREE insurance as stated when the time I purchased the samsung fone A7 2018.

stupid app! i was able to register successfully with a 1 year warranty but when I checked again it was gone and was replaced by another account!!!! i tried logging back in but it wants me to register again my for insurance! 😡

The idea is nice but I don't work, I had to replace my phone because with in a week of having it my phone was dropped about a foot and the screen cracked plus it was getting lite scratches up until it cracked.

I got a registration card for the screen cracking insurance from my S10+ it wont accept the card number and pin number. i really want to use it because the Galaxy S10+ is a very expensive phone after all.

Im using my samsung for one month with this nanofixit. It already has scratches and i dont think this product will protect my screen like what it says. Its just like nail polish on your phone that will wear out sooner or later

Don't ever buy their trash products. When a scratch showed up, I went to submit a claim for warranty. Never responded to any of my multiple requests. It's been months. Avoid this company.

I got a free insurance card when I bought my samsung s10 but the card number and pin number are not working. I can't register and when I emailed for assistance thru the app there is no reply. That was over a week ago! Is there services a scam???

After availing your product, applying the product on my phone and registering my phone... And then suddenly your app keeps on crashing?! Fix your app!!! Should i conclude that you just wasted my money?

Is this a scam?? I sent an email and messaged the contact numbers indicated already several times, but no response. My """warranty""" is about to expire, thank you very much.

They delivered crumpled order. the sachet for liquid screen protector is empty. The chat support is useless. Not responding. Ive sent messages multiple times already. I did not pay for an empty sachet....

i think the product protects the phone from cracking but not on scratches. Now my phone has slight scratches.

I really like this product it makes the screen look brand new and also it's covered for any damages up to $100 you can't beat that

This is the worst product. Whenever i app the app it says check your Internet connection even tho my internet is good. Feels like a scam.

No problem with the app, the problems are the staff they are not accommodating, not even a response, tried calling them but they are not answering and make excuses such as they need the conversation for documentation. Please hire someone accommodating!!

i cannot open the app no more since after the android 10 update. pls fix it. i already uninstall and reinstall same issue.

Server down cannot even sign up it just says check internet connection even though there is connection
